This manual provides instructions and information for the Z10 Smart Watch.
Downloading the App
To get started, scan the QR code provided to download and install the companion mobile application.

Charging and Activation
Before first use, charge the device to activate it. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the metal contacts on the back of the watch. Plug the other end of the charger into a USB power adapter or a computer's USB port.
Pairing with Your Phone
Open the mobile application and set up your user profile. Navigate to the 'Device' section and tap 'Add a Device'. Select your device from the scanning list to complete the pairing process.
Using the Touch Screen
Navigate the watch interface using touch gestures:
- Swipe Down [⬇️]
- Swipe Up [⬆️]
- Swipe Left [⬅️]
- Swipe Right [➡️]
Smart Watch Features
Health Tracking
Sleep Tracking: Wear the watch during sleep to monitor sleep duration and quality. Detailed sleep statistics are available on both the watch and the app. Sleep data resets at midnight.
Step Tracking: The watch automatically tracks your daily steps, distance, and calories burned. Movement statistics reset to zero at midnight.
Heart Rate Monitoring: The watch records your heart rate throughout the day. Tap the heart rate page to manually start a measurement. View 24-hour heart rate data in the app.
SpO2 Monitoring: Tap the SpO2 page to measure your blood oxygen saturation. The watch displays recent SpO2 measurement data.
Blood Pressure Monitoring: Tap the blood pressure page to measure your blood pressure. The watch displays historical blood pressure data. Note: Blood pressure measurements may differ from traditional devices due to measurement points (micro-arteries vs. brachial artery).
Weather Information
The weather page displays current and forecasted weather conditions. Weather data is synced after connecting to the app and requires an active connection for updates.
Sports Modes
The watch supports 8 sport modes, including Walking, Running, Cycling, and more. Tap the training icon to start a new workout recording. The last recorded workout is displayed on the training page.
Notifications and Reminders
Messages Reminder: Receive incoming notifications from apps like Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. The watch can store the last 5 messages. You can configure notification settings in the app.
Remind to Move: The watch vibrates to remind you to move after 1 hour of inactivity. This feature can be enabled or disabled in the app.
Remind to Drink: The watch will prompt you to drink water at scheduled times. Configure drinking reminders in the app.
Controls and Utilities
Remote Shutter: Control your phone's camera remotely. After connecting the device, open the camera app on your phone and tap the camera control page on the watch to take a photo.
Music Player Control: Manage music playback on your phone. After connecting, you can control play, pause, and skip tracks from the watch.
Stopwatch: Use the stopwatch function to time events. Tap the start button to begin timing and the stop button to end.
Alarm: Set silent alarms via the app. The watch will vibrate to notify you at the set times. Up to 3 alarms can be set.
Theater Mode: Activate Theater Mode to automatically turn off vibration and reduce screen brightness, ideal for quiet environments. This can be toggled from the control center.
Other Features: Additional functions include timer, brightness adjustment, mute toggle, factory reset, and power off options, accessible via the 'About' or settings menu.
Getting to Know Your Device
Using in Wet Conditions: The device is water-resistant, suitable for rain, splashes, and sweat. However, it is not recommended for swimming or showering, as prolonged moisture can affect skin breathability. Dry the device thoroughly if it gets wet.
Quick View: Activate the Quick View feature by turning your wrist towards you. The time screen will appear automatically for a few seconds, allowing you to check the time or notifications without touching the screen.

Size: Fits wrists with a circumference between 5.5 and 7.7 inches.
Disposal and Recycling: As a consumer, you are responsible for the proper disposal and recycling of the Smart Bracelet and its components. Do not discard with household waste. Treat it as electronic waste and take it to a local collection facility. Contact your local waste management authority or retailer for disposal information.
FCC Compliance
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to two conditions: it must not cause harmful interference, and it must accept any received interference, including that which may cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. The device generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy. If not installed and used per instructions, it may cause interference to radio communications. No guarantee is made that interference will not occur in a particular installation.
If the equipment causes radio or television reception interference (which can be determined by turning it off and on), users are encouraged to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment to an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for assistance.
Warning: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirements and can be used in portable exposure conditions without restriction.
