Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Selecting Threaded Rods
✔️ Use the correct threaded rod type (e.g., S-BT-MR M10/W10, X-BT-MR M10/W10). ❌ Do not use incorrect types. [trash]
Step 2: Attaching Rod to Base
✔️ Ensure proper insertion of the threaded rod into the base. ❌ Incorrect insertion is not permitted. [trash]
Step 3: Mounting the Standoff Adapter
Place the standoff adapter onto the base.
Step 4: Tightening with Torque Tool
4a. Using specific components: Use a torque tool set to 8 Nm / 5.9 ft-lb. Rotate ? until a ✨ click is heard.
4b. Using SBT 6 / SB 6: Use a torque tool set to 8 Nm / 5.9 ft-lb. Rotate ? until a ✨ click is heard. Compatible with PFP / RE 10 / RE 100.
Step 5: Securing the Adapter
Attach the standoff adapter, possibly with specific threaded rods like PFP/RE 10/RE 100.
Step 6: Attaching MQ Channel
6a. With Flange Nut: Use a torque tool set to 20 Nm / 14.8 ft-lb. Components involved: S-NS 15 C 95/3 1/4" (M10), S-NS 9/16" C 95/3 1/4"(W10), SW 19, MQZ-L11-R/F, MQ Channel, M10/W10 Flange nut.
6b. With Hex Nuts and Washer: Use a torque tool set to 16 Nm / 11.8 ft-lb. Components involved: 2x Hex Thin nut M10/W10-R, 1x Spring washer M10/W10-R.
Step 7: Mounting to MQ Channel
Attach the standoff adapter assembly to the MQ Channel.
Step 8: Final Tightening
8a. Using Wrench and Torque Tool: Tighten to 16-20 Nm / 11.8-14.8 ft-lb using SBT 6 / SF 6.
8b. Using Torque Tool: Tighten to 16-20 Nm / 11.8-14.8 ft-lb using SBT 6 / SF 6.
