Additional Details
One rebate claim per customer, delivery address, and Sales Order. Purchases must be for personal use or by a small builder, designer, remodeler, or property manager. Purchases for multi-family developments, planned communities, or other large-scale projects do not qualify. Offer is void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. Please keep a copy of this form and your Sales Order number for your records.
Online Rebate Submission Instructions
- Wait until you've taken delivery of all items on your order and have paid in full to claim this rebate. Orders become eligible for claims 24 hours after final payment and delivery. No pre-registration is required.
- Once the order is finalized, complete the claim form at www.grandappliance.com/grand-rebate-claims. Ensure your email address, delivery zip code, and Sales Order (SO) number match your official Sales Order. The Rebate Program code must start with GRAND. You will receive an instant on-screen confirmation and an email if approved. For declines outside the 24-hour processing window, contact cs@grandappliance.com.
- Look for an official verification email from 'Grand Appliance via Tremendous' at rewards@reward.tremendous.com within 7-10 days. Click the red button in the email to begin verification, then click the red button on the verification page to complete it. Check your junk/spam folder if the email is not received within 14 days.
- Obtain your card by [1] confirming the cardholder name, [2] checking the cardholder agreement box, and [3] clicking the blue 'Activate' button.
- Use your card at any online retailer that accepts Visa payments.
