Household Use Only:
Power Supply:
- Mains voltage must match the rating label.
- Power plug serves as the disconnect device; ensure it's in operable condition.
- Disconnect by pulling the plug only.

- Keep the device, cord, and plug away from hot surfaces.
- Unplug by the plug, not the cord.

Installation Location:

Specific Safety Instructions
- Avoid contact with moving parts; keep hands, clothing, spatulas, and utensils away from the mixer.
- Note: Short Operation Time: For heavy mixtures, do not operate for more than six minutes; allow to cool for ten minutes.
- Clean the device and accessories after each use (refer to Care and Maintenance).
- Safety System: The machine stops immediately when the Mixer Head is tilted up. The motor will not run with the head raised. To resume, lower the head, turn the speed control to "0", then select a speed.
Before First Use
- Carefully unpack the device and accessories. Retain packaging for storage or transport. Dispose of packaging according to regulations.
- Check contents for completeness and damage. Do not use if incomplete or damaged; return to retailer.
- Clean the device and accessories before first use (refer to Care and Maintenance).
Assembling
Attaching the Mixing Bowl:
- Lift the Mixer Head by holding the head and rotating the Tilt Button downwards until it locks.
- Align the bowl with the grooves on the Mixer Stand.
- Lock the bowl by turning it clockwise, aligning with markings on the Mixer Stand. Ensure it's securely locked.
Attaching the Splash Guard:
After lifting the Mixer Head, place the Splash Guard under it. Rubber connectors attach it to the upper housing.
Inserting Dough Hook/Beater/Whisk:
Align the attachment's grooves with the Attachment Shaft under the Mixer Head. Push firmly, lifting the Shaft spring, and twist anti-clockwise to lock. Ensure it's securely locked for operation.
Removing Dough Hook/Beater/Whisk:
Lift the Mixer Head, hold the attachment, push it towards the head, lift the Shaft spring, and twist clockwise. Pull the attachment away from the Shaft.
Using the Stand Mixer
- Ensure Speed Control Dial is at "0".
- Lift the Mixer Head using the Tilt Button. It will lock in the elevated position.
- Attach and lock the Mixing Bowl.
- Attach and lock the Splash Guard.
- Insert the required attachment (Dough Hook, Beater, or Whisk).
- Add ingredients to the bowl as per recipe. Do not overfill. Recommended maximum: 1.2 kg (700g dough + 500g water).
- Lower the Mixer Head to the horizontal position by rotating the Tilt Button downwards.
- Insert the power cord into a suitable outlet and switch it on. The Speed Control Dial will illuminate and flash blue.
- To mix, turn the Speed Control Dial clockwise. It will illuminate blue. Always start at a low speed to prevent splattering. Increase speed as needed. Speed can be adjusted during operation.
- Use the Pulse Function for quick bursts of power or rapid incorporation (e.g., adding chocolate chips, fruit, nuts, or flour). Turn the dial anti-clockwise and hold for max 30 seconds. It returns to "0" when released.
- When mixing is complete, turn the Speed Control Dial to "0", switch off the appliance at the outlet, and remove the power cord.

Cookery Tips
- Refrigerated ingredients (butter, eggs) should be at room temperature before mixing.
- Do not over-beat. Mix only as recommended. Fold dry ingredients until just combined. Use low speed.
- To avoid shell or spoiled eggs, break eggs into a separate container first, then add to mixture.
- Always start mixing at slow speeds, gradually increasing to the recommended speed.
- Climatic conditions (temperature, ingredient texture) affect mixing time and results.
Care and Maintenance
- Unplug and let the appliance cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth.
- Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
- Wash Splash Guard, Mixing Bowl, Beater, Dough Hook, and Whisk in warm soapy water and dry.
- Caution: Never use solvents, abrasives, hard brushes, or sharp objects for cleaning. Solvents are harmful and can damage plastic. Abrasive cleaners and tools can scratch surfaces.
Disposal
Proper disposal of this product. The label indicates that electronic devices in the EU must not be disposed of with regular household waste. Use municipal return or collection systems, or contact the seller.
