Cookery Tips

  1. Refrigerated ingredients (butter, eggs) should be at room temperature before mixing.
  2. Do not over-beat. Mix only as recommended. Fold dry ingredients until just combined. Use low speed.
  3. To avoid shell or spoiled eggs, break eggs into a separate container first, then add to mixture.
  4. Always start mixing at slow speeds, gradually increasing to the recommended speed.
  5. Climatic conditions (temperature, ingredient texture) affect mixing time and results.

Care and Maintenance

  1. Unplug and let the appliance cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Wipe exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and polish with a soft dry cloth.
  3. Wipe any excess food particles from the power cord.
  4. Wash Splash Guard, Mixing Bowl, Beater, Dough Hook, and Whisk in warm soapy water and dry.
  5. Caution: Never use solvents, abrasives, hard brushes, or sharp objects for cleaning. Solvents are harmful and can damage plastic. Abrasive cleaners and tools can scratch surfaces.
