Device Overview
This section describes the physical components of the OUKITEL C51 smartphone.
Front View
The front of the smartphone displays the 'Front Camera' at the top center. To the right of the camera are the 'Light and Proximity Sensor'. Below these, the 'Earpiece' is located at the top center.
Bottom View
The bottom edge of the phone shows the 'Headphone Jack' on the left, the 'Speaker' on the right, and the 'Microphone' next to the headphone jack. The 'USB-C Port' is located centrally on the bottom edge.
Back and Side Views
The back of the smartphone features a camera module. The 'Main Camera' is the largest lens, accompanied by a 'Flashlight' and a 'Secondary Camera'. To the left side of the phone, the 'SIM Card Slot' is visible. The right side of the phone has the 'Volume Up Button (+)', the 'Volume Down Button (-)', and the 'Power Button and Side Fingerprint Sensor' located below the volume buttons.
Battery
The battery of the C51 has a capacity of 5,150 mAh and is not replaceable. You can track your battery status via the icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Warning:
- Use only Oukitel-approved batteries specifically designed for your phone. Incompatible batteries can cause serious injury or damage to your phone.
- Never place batteries or phones on or near heating devices such as microwave ovens, stoves, or radiators. Batteries can explode when overheated.
SIM Card Management
To ensure your device can make calls, insert the SIM card in the following order.
First, insert the needle into the hole on the side and push it in to open the card tray. Then, slide the card tray with the device upwards and into the device in the direction of the arrow.

Usage Instructions
Power On
To turn on the device, press and hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds.
Sending Text and Multimedia Messages
To send a text message, open the SMS app, select 'New Message', enter a phone number or select an existing contact, type your message in the text field, and tap 'Send'.
To send a multimedia message, follow the steps described above. Before sending the message, select the pictures, videos, or other files you want to add by tapping the multimedia icon next to the text field. Then tap 'Send'.
Language Settings
Open the 'Settings' app and select 'System' > 'Language & input' > 'Language' > 'Add language'. Select the language you wish to add. Once the language is added, move it to the top position.
Safety Instructions
To ensure safety when using the product, you must strictly adhere to the following rules.
- The device should be kept at least 15 centimeters away from medical implants or pacemakers and should never be placed in a breast pocket.
- Do not expose the device or other batteries to high temperatures or heat-generating devices, such as sunlight, heaters, microwave ovens, stoves, or water heaters. Overheating of the battery can cause an explosion.
- When charging is complete or the device is not charging, disconnect the charger from the device and unplug it from the socket.
- If the device is equipped with a non-removable battery, do not attempt to replace the battery yourself to avoid damaging the battery or the device.
- Using an unapproved or incompatible power source, charger, or battery can lead to fire, explosion, or other hazards.
- Do not disassemble or short-circuit the battery, insert other objects into the device, or immerse it in water or other liquids to prevent battery leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
- Do not drop, crush, scratch, or puncture the battery to avoid exposing it to excessive external pressure, which can lead to an internal short circuit and battery overheating.
- The manufacturer is not liable for accidents caused by non-compliant chargers.
Maintenance
- Thoroughly familiarize yourself with the maintenance of this device to use it more safely and effectively and to extend its lifespan as much as possible.
- If you wish to disassemble the device or its accessories, follow the instructions in this user manual and do not attempt it in any other way.
- Avoid dropping, bumping, or shaking your device. Rough handling of the device can cause the screen to crack and damage the internal circuit board and its sensitive structure.
- Do not use chemical solvents or cleaning agents to clean your device. Wipe the device's housing with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water and mild soap.
- Clean the lens and display, generally all glass surfaces, with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- When the charger is not in use, please unplug it from the socket. Do not connect the fully charged battery to the charger for an extended period, as this will shorten the battery's lifespan due to overheating.
Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased through Alza's distribution network is covered by a 2-year warranty. If you require repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly. You must present the original purchase receipt with the date of purchase.
The following are considered contrary to the warranty conditions, for which a claim may not be recognized:
- Use of the product for a purpose other than that for which it is intended, or failure to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
- Damage to the product due to natural disaster, intervention by an unauthorized person, or mechanical fault caused by the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning with improper agents, etc.).
- Natural wear and tear of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
- Exposure to adverse external influences such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, ingress of liquids, ingress of foreign objects, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and incorrect polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power adapters, etc.
- If someone has made changes, modifications, design alterations, or adaptations to alter or expand the product's functions compared to the purchased design, or to use non-original components.

WEEE Disposal
This product must not be disposed of with normal household waste according to the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE - 2012/19 / EU).
