What's in the Box

Option 1: Using the D-Link Wi-Fi App

  1. Step 1

    Download the D-Link Wi-Fi app from the ? [App Store] or [Google Play]. You can scan the QR code on the Quick Installation Card to easily find the app. ➡️ [D-Link Wi-Fi app interface]

  2. Step 2

    Open the D-Link Wi-Fi app and follow the on-screen instructions to add a new device. Tap the '+' icon or 'Install New Device' button. [Welcome screen] [Install New Device button]

Option 2: Using a Web Browser

  1. Step 1

    Connect your primary COVR unit to your modem using the provided Ethernet cable. Connect the power adapter to the COVR unit and plug it into a power outlet. ?

  2. Step 2

    Wait for the device to power on and initialize. This process typically takes less than 120 seconds. ⏳ ☀️ (Indicates readiness)

  3. Step 3

    The COVR unit will broadcast a default Wi-Fi network. The default Wi-Fi Name (SSID) and Password are often printed on a label on the device or the Quick Installation Card. Example: Wi-Fi Name: dlink-XXXX, Password: XXXXXXXX. [Wi-Fi Signal]

  4. Step 4

    Open a web browser on a computer or mobile device connected to the default Wi-Fi network. Navigate to http://covr.local./ to access the setup wizard. [Web Browser] [URL Input] [Setup Wizard]
