The ManaEZ Sling Universal is made with breathable cotton material, latex free and includes a waist strap and padded shoulder strap. Both waist and shoulder straps are adjustable. Intended use: The ManaEZ Sling Universal provides support to the shoulder and arm to reduce pain and swelling. Indications for use: Ideal for strains and sprains of the shoulder and upper arm and post-operative recovery after shoulder surgery. Warning: The ManaEZ Sling Universal is supportive only and does not guarantee or intend to prevent injury. · Skin irritation may occur while using this device. If you experience an unusual skin reaction while using this product, consult with your healthcare provider immediately. · For single patient use only. · Federal Law restricts this device to sale or buy or on the order of a licensed health care practitioner. · If you do not agree to the above conditions, contact your health care provider before using this product. Instructions: 1. Place injured arm in sling. 2. Place thumb in thumb loop. 3. Place strap around neck and adjust strap to the desired support and secure with hook and loop. 4. Place waist strap around waist, pull to desired tension and secure with hook and loop. Washing and Care: 1. Attach hook and loop straps together. 2. Hand or machine wash in mild detergent using cold water. 3. Air dry.
