Control Panel

The control panel features the following buttons and controls:

The DISPLAY shows program status, time remaining, and selected options.

Wash Cycle Table

Maximum load: 9 kg. Power input: 0.5 W (off mode) / 8 W (left-on mode).

Product Description

Key components of the washer dryer:

Detergent Dispenser Drawer

Compartment *: Do not insert detergent here.

Compartment 1: Washing detergent (powder or liquid). Use partition A for liquid, slot B for powder.

Compartment 2: Additives (fabric softeners, etc.). Do not exceed the "MAX" level.

Use powder detergent for white cotton, pre-washing, and temperatures over 60°C. Follow detergent packaging instructions.

Wash Cycle Descriptions

Follow garment care labels for maximum recommended washing temperature.

Display and Controls Explanation

The display provides information on the program, phases, and time remaining.

Display Areas:

Initial Setup: On first use, select language by pressing [X] and [Y] buttons, confirm with [Z]. To change language, switch off and press [G], [H], [I] simultaneously. To change display luminosity, switch off and press [G], [L], [M] simultaneously.

Screen Saver: Activates after 1 minute of inactivity. Press any button to return.

LOCKED DOOR INDICATOR: Symbol indicates the door is locked. Wait for it to turn off before opening. Press [START/PAUSE] to open during a cycle if the symbol is off.

Daily Use

  1. Press [ON/OFF]. "HOTPOINT" appears, [START/PAUSE] light flashes.
  2. Open door, load laundry (do not exceed max load).
  3. Pull out detergent drawer, add detergent/additives.
  4. Close door.
  5. Use [WASH CYCLE SELECTOR] to choose a cycle. Temperature and spin speed can be modified (reduced, not increased).
  6. Select desired options.
  7. Press [START/PAUSE] to start. [START/PAUSE] light becomes steady green, door locks.

End of Wash Cycle

"CYCLE END" is displayed. When the door lock symbol turns off, open the door and switch off the machine. The machine switches off automatically after ~10 minutes. Close the water tap and unload laundry. Leave the door ajar to dry the drum.

Care and Maintenance

Load Balancing System

The drum rotates to balance the load before spinning. If unbalanced, it spins at reduced speed or skips spinning. Mix small and large garments for better balance.

Accessories

Contact Technical Assistance Service for available accessories, such as a stacking kit.

Transport and Handling

Do not lift by the top section. Unplug, close water tap, secure door/drawer. Detach hoses, empty water, secure hoses. Re-insert transport bolts.

Troubleshooting

AnomalyPossible Causes / Solution
Washer-dryer does not start.Not plugged in properly, no power, door not closed, ON/OFF not pressed.
Wash cycle does not start.START/PAUSE not pressed, water tap closed, delay timer set, water inlet hose not connected or bent.
Does not fill with water ("NO WATER, turn tap on").Water tap closed, no water supply, low pressure, hose bent, START/PAUSE not pressed.
Continuously loads and unloads water.Drain hose position incorrect (too low, immersed in water), no breather pipe in drainage system, or potential back-siphonage issues in multi-story buildings.
Does not drain or spin.Cycle does not include drainage (start manually), drain hose bent, drain duct clogged, drum not unlocked during installation.
Vibrates a lot during spin.Machine not level, tucked between furniture/wall, drum not unlocked during installation.
Leaks.Water inlet hose not screwed properly, detergent drawer obstructed, drain hose not attached properly.
Machine locked, display flashes (error code).Switch off, unplug for 1 minute, switch back on. Contact Technical Assistance if problem persists.
Too much foam.Detergent not suitable for machines, or too much detergent used.
Does not dry.Not plugged in, power failure, door not shut properly, delay timer set, DRYING option OFF.
