Product Overview
The Grundfos SMART Digital DDA-C is a compact, positive-displacement diaphragm dosing pump. It features a variable-speed drive powered by a stepper motor and intelligent control electronics designed for minimum energy consumption.
This series operates at full stroke length to ensure optimum accuracy, effective priming, and reliable suction, even with high-viscosity or degassing liquids. The duration of the discharge stroke automatically adjusts based on the set capacity, ensuring an optimal, uniform, and continuous discharge flow.
The pump is designed for ease of installation and operation. It includes a click-stop mounting plate that allows for installation in three different positions without additional accessories. The control cube can be easily rotated to face the front, left, or right. Commissioning and operation are intuitive, facilitated by a click wheel and a multi-coloured backlit graphic plain-text LC display. The control elements are protected by a transparent cover.
The DDA-C offers built-in connectivity for easy setup and tracking via the Grundfos GO app, and seamless integration into Modbus RTU or TCP bus systems.
