Important Safety Information

Please read this instruction manual carefully before using. RENPHO assumes no responsibility for any consequences caused by misuse or failure to follow these instructions.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Precautions:

  • DO NOT use if you have had an eye operation, or if you have any eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataract, and amotio retinae.
  • Disabled people, and the elderly should only use this product when properly supervised.
  • DO NOT use if you have any swelling in the eye area.
  • If you feel any pain around your eyes, please discontinue using the device and consult a physician.
  • DO NOT use in high temperatures or humid environments. Avoid direct exposure to the sun.
  • DO NOT use the device with wet hands.
  • Remove contact lenses, glasses, false eyelashes, hairpins, and hair accessories, etc before using.
  • Only use the charger (5V 1A, not included) to recharge the eye massager.
  • DO NOT clean the product with water; clean it with cotton soaked in alcohol.
  • Avoid contact with sharp objects.
  • DO NOT use this product while driving.
  • If any fault or malfunction should occur during use, take it off immediately. Never attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself.
  • The device is for private use only and cannot be used as medical equipment. It is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or commercial purposes.
  • Use it in the morning and evening for no more than 10 minutes each time.
  • Please keep this manual for future reference.

The eye massager consists of the following parts:

  • Power Button: Long press to Power ON/OFF. Short press once to switch modes. Short press twice to switch between Silent Mode and Voice Mode.
  • Mode Display: Indicates the current mode.
  • Adjustable Headband: Allows for a comfortable and secure fit.
  • Massage Area: Contains the massage elements that contact the eye area.
  • Charging Port: Where the USB cable connects for charging.
  • USB Cable: Used for charging the device.

Using the Product

Charging

  • Use the 5V charger (not included) to charge your eye massager.
  • Insert USB cable into the socket of the mobile charger.
  • Softly insert the USB plug into the socket of the device, making sure the USB cable is inserted in the right direction.
  • While charging, the LED indicator will flash red. When done charging, the LED indicator will be purple.
  • The charge duration will be about 2.5 hours. Disconnect the power adapter after charging is complete.
  • Once fully charged, the massager can be used in 10-minute intervals up to 8 times.

Note: The massager and the adapter may become warm during normal charging process. Use time may differ depending on the operation mode. The device will not work while charging.

Wear this device

  • Loosen the adjustable headband.
  • Place the device around your head and tighten the headband to the appropriate fit.

Important: Be careful to ensure the device is not too tight around your head. Please make sure that you have removed your contact lenses, glasses, false eyelashes, etc. before using this device. Do not operate the device with wet hands.

Bluetooth Connection

  • Turn on the device by long pressing the Power Button.
  • Enable your mobile phone Bluetooth setting and search for "R-G001". An audio voice will confirm when the device is connected to Bluetooth.
  • After successfully pairing your device, music can be pushed to the device for playing while massaging.

Operation

  • Long press the Power Button to turn on the device. The massage will begin after the voice prompt is heard.
  • Short press the Power Button to switch between modes. An audio voice will confirm mode change and an LED light will display the current mode.
  • Modes:
    • Mode 1: Tension Relief Mode
    • Mode 2: Retinal Protection Mode
    • Mode 3: Youthful Radiance Mode
    • Mode 4: Regeneration Mode
    • Mode 5: Rhythmic Mode (Vibration sync to the music beat)
  • Long press the Power Button to stop using the device.
  • A voice prompt will be heard when the device has been in operation for 10 minutes. An indicator light will go off and the device will automatically shut down.

Silent Mode & Voice Mode

Quick press the Power button twice to enter Silent Mode (without voice broadcast). In the silent mode, quick press the Power button twice to switch back to the Voice Mode.

Warm Tips

  • When using this device, it's recommended to keep your eyes closed, lean back in the chair and completely relax your body.
  • Your vision will become blurry for a short period of time after use. Regular vision will return faster if eyes are kept closed for a short while.

Troubleshooting

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Please turn off the power when cleaning. Do not use corrosive detergents such as benzene or diluents to clean the product.
  • Do not expose the device to excessive sun or hot temperature.
  • When the device has not been used for over 3 months, recharge it before use.
  • Do not place it next to a wall or on the ground or rooftop.
  • Keep the device dry, clean, and away from rats.
  • Do not place anything heavy on it. Always bring your product to a qualified professional for any service or repair.
  • Do not disassemble the product yourself.
  • Do not disregard the device with normal household waste at the end of its life; instead, follow local environmental regulations and guidance for disposal.

Warranty (1-Year Period)

The manufacturer's warranty is void under the following circumstances but not limited to:

  • Improper or inadequate maintenance or modification.
  • Accident, misuse, abuse, contamination, or other external causes.
  • The use of unspecified adapter and accessories.
  • Loss or damage in transit.
  • Damages that occurs as a result of one's failure to follow the instructions.
  • This warranty does not apply to expendable or consumable parts and does not extend to any product from which the serial number has been removed.
