Introduction

Charging Other Devices
- Wired Charging: Connect your device to the power bank using a USB-C cable via the USB-C/PD port. The power bank will automatically detect the connected device and initiate the optimal charging mode.
- MagSafe/Wireless Charging: For MagSafe-compatible devices, align the device with the magnetic charging surface on the power bank. For other Qi-compatible devices, ensure they are placed correctly on the wireless charging surface.
Charging the Power Bank
- Connect the power bank to a power source using a USB-C cable plugged into the USB-C/PD port. A Lightning cable can also be used with the Lightning input port.
- It is recommended to use chargers no more powerful than 35W for charging the HARDY MagSynergy Ni+™.
- The LED display screen will show the charging progress. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours.
- The power bank features overcharge protection and will automatically stop charging when full.
Understanding Nominal Capacity
The nominal capacity (in mAh) listed in the specifications represents the total capacity of all battery cells. However, the usable capacity is typically around 65-70% of the nominal capacity due to voltage conversion processes when charging devices via USB-C (e.g., 5V/2A) or wirelessly (15W). This usable capacity may be lower when using higher voltage charging standards like QC or PD.
Recommendations
- For optimal battery performance and longevity, charge the power bank using chargers not exceeding 35W.
- Avoid letting the power bank's charge level drop to 0%. Recharge when the indicator shows approximately 10% remaining energy.
Usage Tips & Safety Precautions
- Ensure the back surface of any phone being wirelessly charged is free from metal materials (e.g., metal plates, rings, or metal protective cases) that could interfere with charging.
- If a wirelessly charging phone overheats or charging is interrupted, check for proper alignment of the phone's receiving coil with the power bank's charging coil, or remove any intervening metal objects.
- The product is equipped with overcurrent protection. Improper use may result in the device shutting down or reducing its output power and charging speed.
- Do not expose the product to water, fire, or extreme temperatures (below -20°C or above 45°C). Keep out of reach of children.
- Clean the surface with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using chemicals, soaps, or detergents.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the device. Unauthorized disassembly may shorten its lifespan or cause damage.
- Charge the power bank regularly, at least once every 5 months, to maintain its battery health.
- HARDY is not liable for any personal or property damage resulting from improper use of the product.
- Avoid using electrical devices or loads that exceed the product's output current capabilities.
- Do not subject the product to strong physical impacts such as knocking, throwing, stomping, or squeezing.
- A protective film is included for the front cover to prevent scratches.
Wireless Charging Procedure
To activate wireless charging:
- Press and hold the Power Switch button for 1 second until the battery indicator appears on the screen.
- Quickly press the Power Switch button again to enable wireless charging mode.
- A green indicator light in the upper right corner of the display confirms that wireless charging mode is active.
- Once enabled, place your device onto the wireless charging surface.
