Assembly Steps
Step 1: Attach Seat Cushions
Attach one Seat Cushion (Part 2) to the chair frame. Repeat for all four cushions. [?➡️?]
Step 2: Secure Seat Cushions to Frame
Attach the Seat Cushion (Part 2) to the Chair Frame (referred to as Part 1 in the diagram) using five Screws A, four Screws B, and five Screws C. Use the Allen Key E to tighten. Note: Initially, only half-tighten all screws. Once all screws are in place, fully tighten them. [?+?➡️⚙️]
Step 3: Attach Chair Legs
Attach one Chair Leg (referred to as Part 3 in the diagram) to the underside of the seat frame. Ensure the side with two nuts (G) faces towards the center of the chair. Secure with four Screws D. Repeat for all four chair legs. [?➡️?+?]
Step 4: Check Leg Alignment
Before fully tightening all screws, stand the chair upright on a level floor. Check that all chair legs make contact with the floor. If the legs are level, proceed to fully tighten all screws. The chair is now ready for use. [⚖️✔️]
Step 5: Level Chair if Needed
If the chair legs do not make full contact with the floor, sit on the chair to apply downward pressure. This will help level the legs. Once the chair is stable and level, fully tighten all screws. [?➡️⚖️➡️⚙️]
Step 6: Balance Chair
Screw in the adjustable feet on the bottom of the chair legs to ensure the chair is balanced and does not wobble. [⚙️➡️⬆️⬇️]
Maintenance
Check every 6 months that all assembly fastenings are properly tightened and retighten when necessary. [?✔️]
