Safety Information
General Safety Precautions:
- Read this instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
- Do not connect the appliance if it has been damaged during transit.
- Use the appliance only with genuine parts and accessories. Damage caused by third-party products is not covered by the warranty.
- Intended for cleaning surfaces in private households, in enclosed domestic environments at room temperature, and up to an altitude of 2000 m above sea level.
- Do not use the appliance for:
- Vacuuming persons or animals.
- Vacuuming harmful, sharp-edged, hot, or burning substances.
- Vacuuming damp substances or liquids.
- Vacuuming highly flammable or explosive materials and gases.
- Vacuuming ash or soot from stoves and central heating systems.
- Vacuuming toner dust from printers and photocopiers.
- Vacuuming building rubble.
- Disconnect the appliance from the power supply when cleaning it.
- Children aged 8 and over, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental abilities may use the appliance under supervision or if instructed on safe use and the associated dangers.
- Do not let children play with the appliance or its packaging.
- Repairs should only be carried out by trained specialist staff using genuine spare parts.
- Never operate a damaged appliance or one with a cracked or fractured surface.
- Never expose the appliance to intense heat or humidity.
- Do not use steam or high-pressure cleaners.
- Connect and operate the power supply unit according to the rating plate data, using a properly installed earthed socket.
- Do not apply flammable or alcohol-based substances to the filter.
- Keep clothing, hair, fingers, and other body parts away from openings and moving parts.
- Never point the pipe or nozzles towards eyes, hair, ears, or mouths.
- When vacuuming stairs, ensure no one is underneath the appliance.
- Protect the battery against fire, heat, sunlight, water, and moisture.
- If battery fumes escape, ensure fresh air. If liquids escape, rinse skin with water and seek medical attention if necessary.

Status Display: Indicates operating status (e.g., normal mode, low battery, charging, over/under-temperature protection).
Power Levels: Adjust suction power (Level 1 for routine tasks, Level 2 for demanding tasks).
Battery Runtimes: Refer to Fig. 2 for information. Battery runtime varies by power level and battery type. Li-ion batteries naturally degrade over time.
Operation
Assembling the appliance before first use: Refer to Figs. 3-6.
Charging the battery:
- The cordless vacuum cleaner can only be charged and used with the correct hand-held device inserted. Refer to Figs. 7-8.
- The power supply unit and appliance may heat up during charging; this is normal.
- To check if the battery is fully charged, briefly disconnect and reconnect it to the mains; the status display should light up white.
- Charge only within a temperature range of 3°C to 40°C.
- Store the battery within a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C.
- Do not store the battery for extended periods when fully charged or fully discharged.
Vacuuming with the cordless vacuum cleaner: Refer to Figs. 9-11.
Vacuuming using the hand-held device: Refer to Figs. 12-14.
Vacuuming with accessories: Refer to Figs. 15-23.
Cleaning and Servicing
To maintain efficiency, clean and service the appliance regularly.
Cleaning the appliance:
- Ensure the appliance is switched off and the charging cable is unplugged.
- Remove the hand-held device and accessory nozzles.
- Clean the appliance and accessories with a soft cloth and a plastic cleaner. Refer to Fig. 24.
Emptying the dust container and cleaning the filter unit: Requirement: Hand-held device removed. Refer to Figs. 25-30.
Cleaning the power brush: Refer to Figs. 31-35. The brush roller has a cleaning function that automatically removes cut threads and hairs after 30 seconds of operation on carpet.
Troubleshooting
- Appliance not working: Battery may not be charged. Charge the battery.
- Appliance not working, status display red for 10 seconds: Over/under-temperature protection is activated. Switch off, disconnect from power, and wait for the appliance to reach room temperature.
- Dust container cannot be inserted: Ensure the filter unit and dust container are correctly positioned.
Disposal
- Old appliance: Dispose of the appliance environmentally friendly. Information is available from your dealer or local authority. The appliance is marked with the WEEE symbol, indicating compliance with EU directives for waste electrical and electronic equipment.
- Batteries: Recycle batteries environmentally friendly. Do not dispose of with household waste. Batteries must be collected separately according to EU Directive 2006/66/EC.
