DocumentDocumentsimalube the automatic lubrication system for large guide rails The lubrication system, consisting of simalube and a special brush, automatically maintains and lubricates large guide rails and prevents dry friction. It protects the guide rail with an even film of oil and cleans it at the same time. The running time can be freely selected between 1-12 months and directly set on the simalube lubricator. Your benefits: n Automatic, reliable and continuous lubrication of the guide rails (no manual lubrication required) n Simultaneous cleaning of the guide rails (removal of dirt thanks to the spring-loaded brush) n Reduction of service and maintenance costs n Optimal distribution of the oil on the guide rail thanks to the special brush and the continuous and even oil discharge through the simalube Special brush for guide rails The special brush enables lubricant to be applied evenly. The lubricant is conveyed from the simalube lubricant dispenser to the brush and thus transferred to the guide. The brush touches the guide on three sides, is spring-loaded and automatically adapts to the rail. The simalube is driven by a gas producing dry cell. The amount of lubricant can be continuously adjusted directly on the dispenser with a running time of 1-12 months.
