Reacceptance testing is required after any change, addition or deletion of system components, or after any modification, repair or adjustment to system hardware or wiring. All components, circuits, system operations, or software functions known to be affected by a change must be 100% tested. (Document # 15744) provides instructions for mechanical replacement of the ROMs. DIA-2020 EPROM PROG. P/N 73547 DIA-2020 Label. Provides a quick reference to the ROM software level currently installed in the AM2020 DIA-2020 Assembly. Place this label on the inside of the DIA-2020 door during installation of the AROM6N-DIA. AC POWER FIRE ALARM TROUBLE/ SECURITY ALARM DISPLAY TROUBLE SIGNAL SILENCE 15454 Mylar Security LED Overlay When software is upgraded to this level, the label shown above must be placed over the existing DIA-2020 LED legend (if the existing legend differs from the above). AROM6N Special Features/Notes for the DIA-2020 Selectable Drift Compensation This feature makes the NFPA 72-1993, Chapter 6 sensitivity calibrated test for intelligent detectors software selectable. NOTE: When the software provided with this upgrade kit is installed, the NFPA 72-1993, Chapter 6 Sensitivity Calibrated Test and Drift Compensation features will be automatically disabled. The installer must re-enable Drift Compensation (See the AM2020/AFP1010 Programming Manual, Document 15334) in order to restore the NFPA 72-1993, Chapter 6 Sensitivity Calibrated Test and Drift Compensation features. UL1076/UL1610 Security This feature allows the AM2020/AFP1010 to act as a combination fire/security protective signaling system. The AM2020/ AFP1010 is suitable for use as a Grade AA, Grade A, or Grade B Central Station and Proprietary Burglar Alarm Protected Premises and Receiving Unit, only after all installation requirements outlined and programming guidelines described in the AM2020/AFP1010 manuals have been adhered to. This feature utilizes four new software type IDs: SARM, SACM, SSYM, and SEQM in addition to a new control-bytime function SDEL. UL864 Revised Standard for DACT Operation The Fire Alarm Control Panel must delay the reporting of A.C. power loss to the digital alarm communicator. A new software type ID, DACT, is used with a CMX control module to accomplish this.
