Buttons and LCD Display
Buttons:
- [Manual]: Press once to dispense one portion of food. Can be pressed up to five times rapidly.
- [Back/Home]: Press to return to the previous setting. Press and hold for three seconds to go to the main interface.
- [Set]: Press to confirm a setting and move to the next step. If no button is pressed, settings may not be saved.
- [Up/Down]: Press to select a setting or increase/decrease a value. Press and hold for quick adjustments.
LCD Display Indicators:
- Battery Status: Lights up when batteries are installed. A blank indicator signifies low battery level.
- Food Level: Lights up when the food storage level is low (less than 10% of total capacity).
- Rotor Status: Lights up when the rotor is stuck.
Getting Started: Installation
- Press the lid release button and remove the lid.
- Add dry pet food to the food tank. Ensure the food is dry and kibble size is between 2-15mm (0.07-0.6in).
- Replace the lid and press the lid release button to secure it.
- Install the stainless steel bowl into the bowl tray, and then place the tray onto the feeder base.
Tip for Desiccant Bag: To keep food fresh, turn the desiccant bag holder lid counterclockwise, place a desiccant bag (size: 35*20mm / 1.4*0.79in) into one of the designated holes, then replace the holder lid and turn it clockwise to secure.
Powering the Feeder
The feeder supports dual power modes:
- Using Power Adapter and Cable: Connect the feeder to a wall outlet. The feeder will automatically turn on, and the LCD display will illuminate in white.
- Using Battery Power: Install three D alkaline batteries into the battery compartment. The feeder will automatically turn on.
Notes:
- Press any button to wake the display from sleep.
- The LCD display does not remain on when using battery or adapter power alone.
- A battery status indicator appears on the display when batteries are installed.
- When both the power adapter and batteries are used, the feeder draws power from the adapter.
Power Off: Unplug the power adapter to turn off the feeder. In battery mode, remove the batteries.
Time Settings
- After powering on, press the top of the control panel cover to open it. Press the [Set] button to enter time settings.
- Press the [Set] button again; the hour digit will flash.
- Press and hold the [Set] button to set the hour, then press the [Manual] button to confirm.
- Use the [Up/Down] buttons to set the minute and select between "AM" or "PM".
- Press the [Set] button to confirm the time.
Example: Setting the time to 08:00 AM.
Meal Settings
After setting the time, press the [Set] button to enter Meal 1 settings.
- Use the [Up/Down] buttons to set the hour and minute, select "AM" or "PM", and set the desired number of portions for Meal 1.
- Press the [Set] button to confirm Meal 1 settings.
- The feeder will return to the main interface. Press the [Set] button; the meal number "2" will flash. Press [Set] again to enter Meal 2 settings.
- Repeat this process for Meals 3 through 6. If you wish to set fewer than 6 meals, use the [Manual] button when a meal number flashes to skip it or customize specific meals.
- After completing meal settings, replace the cover and ensure it is securely in place.
Notes:
- The maximum number of portions per meal is 16.
- Ensure the portion count is not set to 0 and press [Set] to confirm each meal setting. Successfully set meals will be displayed on the screen.
Example: Setting Meal 1 to 07:30 AM with a certain number of portions.

Reset and Manual Feeding
Reset:
Press and hold the [Up] and [Down] buttons for three seconds to reset the feeder to factory settings.
Manual Feeding:
When the feeder is powered on, press the [Manual] button once to dispense one portion of food. You can press the [Manual] button up to five times to dispense five portions.

Disassemble for Cleaning
- Pull the food tank locks outwards to release the tank.
- Lift the food tank cover upwards.
- Hold the tank base, turn the rotor clockwise, and lift the rotor out.
- Clean the food bowl and rotor with water and allow them to air dry completely.
Care and Maintenance
- Power off the device before cleaning.
- Clean the food bowl with tap water. The stainless steel bowl is dishwasher safe.
- Do not clean the main feeder body in a dishwasher.
- Use a soft damp cloth to clean the feeder base. Avoid washing parts with electronic components.
- Replace the desiccant bag every half a month to maintain food freshness.
Troubleshooting
- Blank Battery Indicator: Replace the batteries.
- "LOWFOOD" Indicator: Refill the food tank.
- "STUCK" Indicator: Disassemble the tank base and remove any food obstructing the rotor.
- Feeder Not Dispensing Food: Ensure the food tank is sufficiently filled.
- Feeder Won't Turn On: Check that the power adapter, power cable, and batteries are correctly installed.
- Food Size: Ensure food kibble size is between 2-15mm (0.07-0.6in) in diameter. Larger kibble may cause blockages.
- Food Won't Come Out: Remove the food tank and base, and check the food chute for blockages. Also, verify battery level, power adapter connection, and check for power outages if using adapter power without batteries.
- Portion Variation: The first few portions may vary slightly. Consistency should improve after approximately 6 feedings.

Safety Instructions
- Dispose of all packaging materials properly. Keep plastic bags away from children and pets to prevent suffocation.
- Do not use the feeder with pets that cannot reach the food tray or have physical disabilities.
- Never immerse the base part in water, as it may damage electronic components.
- Do not use the feeder outdoors. Regularly check its operation to ensure proper dispensing.
- Use only dry pet food. Do not use wet, canned, or moist food.
- Do not disassemble the feeder except as instructed in this manual.
- Use only accessories recommended or sold by the manufacturer. Unauthorized accessories may cause unsafe conditions.
- Do not modify the pet feeder.
- After installation, examine the feeder. Do not plug it in if the power cable or plug is wet.
- Position the power cable to avoid tripping hazards.
- Do not install or store the feeder where it may be exposed to temperatures below 4°C (39.2°F) or extreme weather.
- Use D alkaline batteries; do not use rechargeable batteries.
- Check batteries regularly. Replace with new batteries before leaving for extended periods.
- Lift and carry the feeder using both hands on the base, keeping it upright. Do not lift by the lid, food tank, or food bowl.
- Ensure kibble size is within 2-15mm (0.07-0.6in) diameter for proper dispensing.
- Do not place fingers into the food outlet or touch the rotor.
- Power off the device when it is not in use.
