The monocular features the following components:

Getting Started
- Open the lens cover (9).
- Power on: Press and hold the Power (6) button for 2 seconds.
- The device enters working status when an infrared image is displayed.
- Rotate the diopter adjustment knob (2) to adjust the display icon resolution. This knob is for adjusting the eyepiece diopter for users with different degrees of myopia.
- Setting the image mode: Briefly press the Up (5) button to select from five image palette modes: white hot (?), black hot (⚫), red hot (?), pseudo color (?), and target highlight (?). The icon on the top status bar updates in real-time.
- Setting the display brightness: In the main menu, select the display brightness option to set the level from 1 to 5.
- Digital Zoom: On the home screen, briefly press the M (4) button.
- Photography: On the home screen, short press the Down (3) button to take a photo.
- Video Recording: On the home screen, press and hold the Down (3) button to start video recording.
- Power off: Press and hold the Power (6) button for 3 seconds to initiate the power-off sequence. Release the button when the countdown icon reaches 0. Do not disconnect power during data saving.
- Standby: Briefly press the Power (6) button on the home screen to put the device in standby mode. Press it again to wake it up.
Main Menu Function
- Press and hold the M (4) button on the home screen to enter the menu interface.
- Use the Up (5) / Down (3) buttons to navigate through menu options.
- Menu navigation is cyclical.
- Short press the M (4) button to adjust parameters or enter submenus.
- In submenus, navigation is similar: use Up (5) / Down (3) to switch options and M (4) to confirm and return to the upper menu.
- Short press the Power (6) button in any menu interface to return to the previous menu.
- The menu automatically exits to the home screen after 15 seconds of inactivity.

Charging
The AFFO series is powered by a built-in rechargeable Li-ion battery, offering up to 9.5 hours of operation. Fully charge the device before first use.
- Open the USB rubber cap (10).
- Connect the Type-C cable to the Type-C port (12) and the power adapter.
- Plug the adapter into a 110-240V socket.
- The power indicator (11) is red while charging and turns green when fully charged. It blinks red and green if the battery is not charging or if the temperature is too high/low.
- A charging icon appears on the display while charging.
- The battery icon turns red when the power is low.

Environmental Influences
- Never point the lens directly at intense heat sources like the sun or laser equipment, as the objective lens and eyepiece can act as a burning glass and damage internal components.
- Avoid touching metal surfaces (cooling fins) after exposure to sunlight or cold.
Ergonomics Notes
- Take breaks after prolonged use to prevent wrist pain.
Risk of Swallowing
- Keep the device away from small children. Incorrect handling can cause small parts to become loose and be swallowed.
Safety Instructions for Use
- Handle the device with care; rough handling can damage the internal battery.

- Do not disassemble the device to access the battery. The battery is not user-replaceable.
