Safety Precautions
For your safety, please read the following instructions before using the product. Improper operations may cause severe injury or property damage. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself.
WARNING
- If major failures occur (smoke, peculiar smell, abnormal sound, no image/sound, image errors), disconnect power immediately and contact professional staff.
- Do not drop liquids, metal, or combustible materials into the product. If this occurs, turn off power, disconnect, and contact professionals.
- Supervise children when they are near the product.
- Place the product on a stable surface. Avoid inclined or shaky surfaces.
- Do not open the cover or modify the product. High voltage components inside can cause electric shock. Contact a local distributor for inspection, adjustment, or maintenance.
- Use the specified power supply voltage. Use only the provided cables. Use a three-wire grounded socket. Unplug the power cord if the product is not used for a long period.
- Regularly clean dust and metal around the power plug. Unplug the power cord before cleaning with a dried cloth.
- Do not place items on top of the product, especially liquid containers, as spills can cause short circuits, fire, or electric shock. Do not walk on or hang items on the product.
- Do not install the product in improper places: humid areas (bathrooms, near windows), outdoor environments, or near heat sources or fire sources. Avoid installation near hot spring vapor.
- Pull out the power plug during thunderstorms to avoid electric shock. Keep high-voltage components out of children's reach.
CAUTIONS
- Do not install the product in high-temperature environments or near heat sources (radiators, stoves). Avoid direct sunlight.
- When transporting the product, use original packaging and cushioning. Keep the product vertical. Move carefully to prevent damage, especially to the screen. Disconnect all external connections before moving.
- Do not cover or block vents. Overheating can cause fire, damage, or shorten the product's lifespan. Do not place the product on carpets or cloths that cover the venting surface.
- Keep radios away from the product to avoid interference. If interference occurs, adjust the radio antenna or move the radio away.
- If the screen glass is broken or falls off, keep all personnel 10 feet away from the screen for safety. Do not perform installation or disassembly with broken glass.
- Do not damage the power cable. Avoid twisting, bending, or forcibly dragging it. Do not place heavy objects on it. If damaged, contact a local distributor for repair or replacement.
Special Notes
- Energy consumption can be reduced by lowering display brightness.
- This product can be paired with various OPS Computers for upgrades and replacements.
1. Product Overview
This interactive flat panel is a multi-functional device integrating interactive conferencing, digital presentation, multimedia playback, touch operation, and handwriting input. It is designed for business conferences with intuitive operation. It allows writing, editing, and deleting on the screen using fingers, pens, or opaque objects. It features advanced infrared array scanning technology for superior positioning and precise tracking, with capabilities like zooming, dragging, roaming, and area erasure. It offers UHD resolution, high-power stereo sound for a theater-level audio-visual experience.

2. Installation Precautions
Installation Environment: Visuals indicate proper and improper installation environments, including avoiding strong magnetic fields, keeping temperature below 120°F (50°C), keeping relative humidity under 70%, keeping away from combustible vapors, avoiding corrosive liquids, not using outdoors, and not installing tilted or flat.
Installation Direction: The product should be hung horizontally. Vertical installation and tilted installation are not permitted.
2.1 Loading Weight
Net weights are provided for different sizes: 65" (41.5 kg ± 1kg), 75" (55.5 kg ± 1kg), 86" (68.5 kg ± 1kg).
- When using a mobile stand, ensure its loading capacity exceeds the machine's weight.
- When using a wall-mount bracket, ensure the wall can support the weight. Reinforcement is recommended, with a loading capacity 4 times the machine's weight. Consult a professional installer.
- The company is not liable for issues arising from improper use of third-party stands or brackets.
- Do not install the machine where it might be hit by an opening or closing door.
3. Power on & OFF
3.1 Power on
- Connect the machine to an AC power source (100V-240V, 50Hz/60Hz), ensuring the plug is fully inserted and the outlet is properly grounded.
- Turn on the rocker switch located on the rear side of the machine, next to the power socket. The power indicator should turn red.
3.2 Power off
- Press the power button on the front panel or the remote control to power off the screen.
Caution: When the product enters sleep or shutdown mode, it first checks if the OPS Computer is off. If not, it turns off the computer before proceeding. Always shut down the product before disconnecting the power source to prevent damage. Accidental power failure may also cause damage.

4. Operations
4.1 Homepage
When the product is turned on, the Home page is displayed, showing the time, date, and various application icons.
4.2 Sidebar
The sidebar, divided into left and right sections, can be accessed by clicking icons on the screen edges. It provides quick access to functions like return, home page, task management, annotation, signal source selection, and notification center. The sidebar automatically hides after 5 seconds of inactivity.
4.3 Annotation
Clicking the annotation icon opens the annotation mode, allowing users to write or draw on the screen.
4.4 Signal sources
Clicking the signal source icon displays a list of available input channels (AV, HDMI, VGA, YPbPr, OPS). Users can select the desired channel to switch the input source.
4.5 Toolbars
Clicking the toolbar icon opens a side menu containing options for widget display, common application shortcuts, custom application additions, brightness, sound, and notification center information.
4.6 System Settings
System settings allow for personalization, network configuration, intelligent adjustments, and general system settings. This includes options for display, theme, wallpaper, and more.
4.7 Network Setting
1. Wired network: Displays MAC and IP address information. Automatic IP acquisition is enabled by default. Manual configuration is possible after disabling automatic acquisition.
2. Wireless network: Turn on the wireless network switch to display available networks. Users can connect to a network by selecting it.
4.8 Language Setting
System settings include language and input method configuration, time and date settings, image and sound adjustments, and system updates. Users can view system version information and storage usage. Language options include Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, and Russian.
5. Software Applications
5.1 Whiteboard
Clicking the whiteboard icon launches the whiteboard software, enabling interactive writing and drawing.
Multi-screen Interaction
Click the multi-screen interactive icon to open the interface for screen mirroring. iOS devices do not require client installation. Android devices require downloading an application. Both mobile devices and the panel must be on the same local area network.
Function Activation
Trial activation allows testing, while commercial activation requires payment.
Operating Description
For Android phones, scan the QR code on the multi-screen interactive interface to download and install the application. For Apple phones, use AirPlay. Ensure the mobile device uses the same network as the panel. Android phones can use Transcreen to cast, and Apple phones can use AirPlay.
Hardware Mirror: Transmitter plugged into the receiver, client program on the PTB disk, press the launcher button to cast.
Computer Software Mirror: Connect to the local hot spot or LAN, download apps, get Wi-Fi name/password, and connect. Select the mirror option.
Apple Mirror: Connect to the hotspot based on Wi-Fi information, slide from the bottom of the phone, tap the screen mirror, and select the mirror option.
Android Mirror: Scan the QR code with your mobile browser, download the app, connect to the local hotspot, and open the app to cast.

Additional applications can be downloaded from the Play Store.
Notes
NOTE 1: Not Failures
- Minor pixel defects (bright or dark spots) are normal due to production technology and do not affect performance.
- Slight noise from backlight adjustment or heat dissipation is normal.
- Feeling static electricity when touching the screen or back cover is normal if image and sound are otherwise normal.
NOTE 2: Screen Fogging
Due to the non-optical bonding design, screen glass may fog in cases of high temperature difference and humidity. This can be resolved by running the machine continuously for approximately three hours.
Troubleshooting
Before contacting a service technician, consult the following table. If the issue persists, contact your local dealer. Do not attempt self-repair.
