Operation
Tips for Preparation
The quality of the milk foam depends heavily on the type of milk used and can vary.
- Use only cow's milk. Other types of milk are difficult to froth or may cause the jug (5) to overflow.
- Cold milk with 3.5% or 1.5% fat content is particularly good for frothing. Warm milk and skimmed milk are more difficult to froth.
- Do not attempt to froth the same milk a second time, as it will no longer foam and may burn.
- Let the milk foam rest for a few moments after preparation. This can improve consistency and allow any remaining liquid milk to settle at the bottom of the jug (5).
Programs
[WARNING] Risk of material damage: Fill the appliance with at least 75 ml of milk, above the MIN mark (10), otherwise the milk may burn and the appliance may overheat.
For Program 3, it is essential to use the whisk (3) to prevent the milk from burning and the appliance from overheating.
Figure A: You have 4 programs available for preparation.

NOTES:
- To interrupt a program, press the button (16) or lift the jug (5) from the base (9).
