Bluetooth Sports Headband

Operation

The headband's control panel features 4 buttons: the "M" button and 3 buttons in a row labeled "-", "Play/Pause", and "+". There are 5 ways to press the buttons: click, double click, short press (1 second), long press (2 seconds), and very long press (4 seconds). Please use the correct press to achieve the desired function.

Mode Switch: Short press the "M" button to toggle between "White Noise" mode and Bluetooth mode.

Timing Setting: Double click the "M" button for a 30-minute timer, click again for a 60-minute timer, and click again to cancel the timed turn-off.

Headphones ON/OFF: Perform a very long press (4 seconds) on the "M" button to turn the headphones on or off.

Button Functions

The control panel buttons have the following functions:

• Previous song (in a playlist) / Volume down: Click the "-" button for the previous song. Long press the "-" button to decrease volume.
• LED Indicator Status: Red & blue lights flashing indicate headphones are on. A bright red light signifies charging. Lights off mean the device is connected. A bright blue light indicates the battery is fully charged.
• Next song (in a playlist) / Volume up: Click the "+" button for the next song. Long press the "+" button to increase volume.
• Play/Pause/Answer phone / Siri/Hang up: Click the "Play/Pause" button to play/pause music or answer/hang up a call. Double click the "Play/Pause" button to activate Siri.

Bluetooth Pairing

Step 1: Turn on Bluetooth mode of the headband. Perform a very long press (4 seconds) on the "M" button. The LED lights will flash [flashing LED].

Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth on your device (e.g., smartphone or tablet).

Step 3: Find the name "BT-01" in your device's Bluetooth list and tap to connect. The LED lights on the headband will turn off [LED off] upon successful connection.

Charging

Connect a Type-C cable to a USB charger (or a USB port on a computer), and connect the other end to the device's port as indicated.

During charging, the LED indicator in the middle of the device will show a constant red light [red LED]. It will change to a constant blue light [blue LED] after the battery is fully charged.

Bluetooth Version

If your mobile phone or other Bluetooth audio device is not equipped with the AVRCP function, the headband's NEXT/PREVIOUS song and PLAY/STOP commands may not be passed to the device when pressed. Check if a software update is available for your audio device.

Washing Steps

Follow these steps to wash the headband:

1. Remove Module: Turn the headband inside out.
