Product Overview
1. Intelligent Brick
The Intelligent Brick is the central control unit of the robot. It features:
- Microphone: For audio input.
- Indicator: Status light for feedback.
- Power Button: To turn the device on/off.
- Speaker: For audio output.
- Motor Ports: Connectors for attaching motors.
- Expansion Ports: For connecting additional modules.
- Pin Holes: Connection points for building blocks.
- Reset Hole: For resetting the device.
2. Adapter
Use only the provided power adapter (Model: AD10002) for charging the robot.
- Input: 100 - 240 V ~ 50 / 60 Hz 0.5 A MAX
- Output: 14V=1A / 5V====1A
- Charging Status: The indicator light is red while charging. It turns off when fully charged. The light is green when the intelligent brick is turned on.
The adapter has ports labeled A, B, C, and D, which can be used for charging.

Assembling Mi Robot Builder Rover
- Before you start: Organize the building pieces. Place small bricks in the storage box and large bricks in the bag.
- Build your robot: Follow the provided building instruction manual or download the electronic version from the Help section within the Mi Robot Builder app to assemble the bricks.
- Inspect your robot: Ensure the controller is fully charged before its first use. Verify that the motors are securely connected to the blocks. Confirm that the assembly follows the building instructions precisely.
Turning on/off
- Turning on: Press the power button.
- Turning off: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until you hear a sound prompt.
The robot is depicted as a tracked vehicle with articulated arms.
Installing the App
- Download the app: Download and install the "Mi Robot Builder" application from your device's app store. A QR code is provided for direct access. [QR code for Mi Robot Builder app download]
- Connecting your robot: Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. Open the Mi Robot Builder app and tap the Bluetooth icon, typically located in the upper left corner, to connect your robot.
- Firmware updates and support: Connect your phone to the internet (Wi-Fi is recommended). Open the app, connect your robot, navigate to Settings > System updates > Firmware updates. Firmware updates typically take about 20 minutes.
- Important Notes for Updates: Ensure the motor is turned off during updates to prevent parameter resets or malfunctions. The controller must be fully charged before starting an update. Keep your phone away from the controller during the update process. For more detailed information, refer to the "Help" section within the app.
Precautions
- Do not disassemble the controller or the motor.
- Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight, fire, heat, or environments with temperatures exceeding 60°C (140°F).
- Do not short circuit the product.
- Do not crush, puncture, or strike the product.
- Children under 10 years old should be supervised by adults while playing with the product.
- The product contains small parts that may cause suffocation; therefore, children under 3 years old must not use it.
- During charging, the battery must be placed in a well-ventilated area.
- Regularly inspect the charger, including the cord, plug, and enclosure, for any damage. Discontinue use if damage is detected until it is repaired.
- Batteries should only be charged by adults.

Troubleshooting
