Operating Instructions

Preparation:

  • Before first use, remove promotional materials and packaging.
  • Wipe cooking plates with a damp cloth if dusty.
  • Wipe with absorbent kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
  • A slight smoke or odor may occur during the first heating, which is normal.

Operation Steps:

  1. Place the machine on a clean, dry, level surface near a power outlet.
  2. Plug the power cord into the machine's power socket.
  3. Plug the cord into the wall outlet.
  4. Testing: Turn on the power switch (indicator light should illuminate). Turn on the motor switch (rollers should rotate). Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to align with the red triangle; the heating indicator light will turn on, and the rollers will heat. Once the set temperature is reached (approx. 302°F / 150°C), the heating indicator light will turn off.
  5. Place pre-prepared sausages parallelly in the middle of the rollers. The rollers rotate in opposite directions. Ensure sausages are not too close, leaving about 0.4 inches (10 mm) at each end.

Important Notes:

  • For first-time use, preheat with the heating switch before turning on the rotary switch to prevent motor oil solidification.
  • Do not open the bottom pan or sides unless specified.
  • Recommended baking temperature: 248°F-320°F (120°C-160°C).
  • Avoid touching hot steel rollers to prevent scalding.
  • Disconnect from the external power supply when plugging or unplugging.
  • Keep hands dry when plugging in the cord.

Tips & Hints:

  • To save electricity and reduce heating time, defrost or microwave sausages beforehand.
  • The pan collects oil drips and can be used to preheat sausages, but not for placing grilled sausages.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. After use, unplug the machine and let it cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Clean the rollers every 4-5 hours of grilling.
  3. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh pads.
  4. Any other servicing should be performed by an Authorized Service Representative.

Storage

  1. Always unplug the machine before storage.
  2. Ensure the machine is cool and dry before storing.
