Note: When your earbud battery life is low, you will hear a voice reminder.

Charging the Case:

1. Plug the small end of the Type-C cable into the Micro USB port of the charging case.
2. Plug the other end into a USB wall charger or computer (DC 5V) that is powered on.

Smart Touch Control Usage

• Decline Incoming call: Double click one earbud.
• Pick up/ Hang up phone call: Click one earbud.
• Siri: Touch 3 times of any earbud.
• Play/Pause: Short touch of one earbud.
• Volume -: Touch and hold left earbud for 3s.
• Volume +: Touch and hold right earbud for 3s.
• Previous Song: Touch 2 times of Left earbud.
• Next Song: Touch 2 times of Right earbud.

Precautions for Use

Read all the instructions before using the charging case.

• To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when the charging case is used near children.
• Do not expose charging case to water, rain, liquids or snow.
• Use of a power supply or charger that is not recommended or sold by power pack manufacturer may result in a risk of fire or injury.
• Do not use the charging case in excess of its output range.
• Do not use a charging case that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
• Do not disassemble the charging case. Incorrect reassembly may result in risk of fire or injury.
• Do not open, crush or expose a charging case to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or extreme temperature may cause explosion.
• Have servicing performed by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.

1. Q: Does it appear stuck during a call?

   A: 1. Use the earbud within 5-10 meters of the Bluetooth connection between the phone and the earbud, and there is no substantive obstruction between the Bluetooth device and the earbud (e.g. wall, etc.).

   2. Confirm if the phone network signal is stable, use this product when the network signal is good.

2. Q: Is bluetooth frequently disconnected?

   A: Confirm if the distance between the earbud and the phone is too far away, the Bluetooth signal will be reduced when the distance exceeds 5-10 meters.

3. Q: Only one earbud is connected?

   A: 1. Confirm if the other earbud has electricity.

   2. When the two earbuds have electricity, if pairing problems appear, put these earbuds back into the case and close the cover, then take out the two earbuds to complete automatic pairing.

4. Q: Is the battery life of the earbud short?

   A: 1. Make sure that the earbud is fully charged.

   2. The playback of volume will affect battery usage time.

   3. Confirm if the charging case has electricity.

5. Q: Is the earbud waterproof? May take a shower with it?

   A: IPX6 waterproof, only sweatproof and a little rain, cannot use it for swimming or bathing.

6. Q: Easy to slide the earbud?

   A: This product is equipped with different sizes of eartips to satisfy different people, please select the right size to use.

7. Q: Does the earbud light up in red?

   A: When the earbud battery is quite low, the red light flashes slowly, there will be a prompt tone "battery low", charge the earbuds on time.

8. Q: Can't charge the earbud?

   A: Charge the earbud with the charging cable from the product and make sure that the cable is connected correctly, or check the earphone charging pole and the charging pin in the charging compartment for foreign objects.

9. Q: How many times can the charging case charge the earbud?

   A: You can charge the earbud 5 times when the charging case is fully charged.
