Wallbars
User Manual Version 1.0
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLATION AND USE.
This user manual will guide you through the process of installing stall bars on a wall.

Warning!

We do not assume any responsibility for any accidents or damages resulting from negligence to follow or understand this user manual.

Warning! Warning!

The recommended maximum weight capacity for the stall bars is 150 kg.
Only one (1) person at a time should use the stall bars.

Needed tools
- drill and drill bit (8mm) and screwdriver bit
- pencil - ladder, chair, or other platform to
reach and attach the stall bars to the wall

Warning! Warning!

Be careful not to drill into electrical and water lines when mounting the stall bars. Ensure that the wall screws and anchors are fixed into the load-bearing part of the wall. Seek help from an expert if you are unsure.
The use of shock-absorbing padding is recommended under/in front of the stall bars..

Package contents
- Two (2) wooden frame pieces - Two (2) wall mounting brackets - Ten (10) wooden bars - Twenty-eight (28) 60mm screws - Eight (8) 80mm screws - Eight (8) 8mm anchors

Installation
1. Choose a location with sufficient room height for mounting. Ensure that the wall where the stall bars will be attached is sufficiently strong.
2. Place one frame piece on the ground and position the bars accordingly.
3. Place the second frame piece on top of the bars and screw the bars onto both frame pieces using twenty (20) 60mm screws. Position the backing plates in place before tightening the bars on the other side completely.

4. Then screw in place two (2) mounting plates using eight (8) 60mm screws.
5. Lift the stall bars against the wall so that the bottom edge is supported by the floor.

6. If you are mounting the stall bars on a stone wall, start by drilling holes into the backing plates with a 5mm drill bit at your desired mounting points. Then, mark these holes on the stone wall and drill holes for the anchors with an 8mm drill bit. Ensure that the holes are deep enough so that the screws and anchors sink into the wall. If the wall is not stone, make sure to attach the stall bars to a load-bearing structure. When attaching to wood, there is no need for anchors; you can screw the screws directly into the wall through the backing plate.
7. After drilling, insert the anchors into all the holes. Ensure that the anchors are flush with the wall surface.
8. Lift the stall bars onto the wall and screw the 80mm screws into the holes previously drilled and anchored.
9. Test the stability before use.

Maintenance
and Safety
Before each use, check the load-bearing capacity of the wall mountings.
Since the stall bars are made of real wood, they may darken over time. You can treat aged natural wood stall
bars as needed, for example, with wax or wood oil. Simple sanding may also be sufficient for maintenance. Monitor the condition of the bars and frame. Never use
cracked bars or a damaged frame. Do not hang upside down from the stall bars. Do not leave small children to play on the stall bars
without adult supervision.

Notice!

Careful use and maintenance prolong the lifespan of the stall bars
and prevent potential accidents.

We are happy to assist with any inquiries regarding the stall bars.
