Autonomous SmartDesk 5 Pro Assembly Guide

COLUMN ASSEMBLY

1. Attach Columns to the Frame using 8 x C M6x12 Screws and 8 x A M6x10 Screws. Do not tighten fully yet.
2. Align screw positions and insert 4 screws C and 4 screws A.
3. Tighten all screws.

SIDE BRACKET ASSEMBLY

1. Attach Side Brackets to the Frame using 4 x C M6x12 Screws.
2. Insert 2 screws C.

FOOT ASSEMBLY

1. Attach Feet to Columns using 8 x B M6x14 Screws.
2. Insert 4 screws B.

CENTER RAIL ASSEMBLY

1. Attach Center Rails to the Frame, following the notch direction.
2. Insert 8 x A M6x10 Screws without tightening.

FRAME INSTALLATION

1. Place a Foam Pad under the Desktop to prevent scratches.
2. With 2 people, position the Frame on the Desktop, aligning the Side Bracket holes with the Desktop holes.
3. Insert 6 x B M6x14 Screws.
4. Insert 2 x B M6x14 Screws.
5. Tighten 8 screws.

CABLE TRAY ASSEMBLY

1. Assemble the Cable Tray to the Desktop.
2. Insert 4 x B M6x14 Screws.
3. Insert 2 x E M6x14 Hand Screws.

DESK FLIPPING

1. Ensure all screws are tight.
2. Keep the Foam Pad under the Desktop during flipping to prevent scratches.
3. Flip the desk upright.

CABLE MANAGEMENT

1. Route the Keypad Cable through the Desktop.
2. Turn 2 hand screws to release the Cable Tray.
3. Plug Motor & Keypad Cords into the Control Box and secure them with the cable winders.
4. Plug the power cord into the Outlet & secure it with the winders.

ACCESSORY INSTALLATION

1. Attach the Cable Organizer to the Desktop & Hooks to the Side Brackets.
2. Attach the Upper Tube to a Column. Note: The Power Cord should be put through the Upper Tube before attaching.

RESET INSTRUCTION

1. Press and hold the UP arrow [⬆️] and DOWN arrow [⬇️] for 3 seconds.
2. Release when there is a "beep" sound to complete the reset.

Keypad Layout:

• UP arrow [⬆️]
• DOWN arrow [⬇️]
• Memory Presets: I, II, III
• Memory Save Button: M

HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT & MEMORY SETUP

1. Press the UP arrow [⬆️] or DOWN arrow [⬇️] to adjust the height.
2. Press and hold the M button for 3 seconds until the display flashes, then press the memory preset (I, II, or III) to save the current height.
3. Press the desired memory preset (I, II, or III) to move the desk to the saved height.

ANTI-COLLISION LEVEL SETTINGS

The Anti-collision setting prevents damage and accidents by stopping the desk if it hits something, becomes uneven, or tilts.

1. Press and hold the I button and the || button for 5 seconds to enter setting mode.
2. Press the UP arrow [⬆️] or DOWN arrow [⬇️] to adjust sensitivity. For the smoothest operation, Autonomous recommends setting the anti-collision back to level 1.
3. Wait for 5 seconds to save.
