What devices can the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO charge or power? The HOMEPOWER ONE PRO has multiple output ports including 2x USB-A, 2x USB-C, and 3x AC outlets. It can charge and power crucial communication devices, home appliances, security devices, cameras, lighting, medical devices, tools, and more.
The USB-A and USB-C ports can charge common battery-powered devices charged by USB ports.
The AC out ets can charge and power devices that operate at ess than 2 Watts.
The tota wattage output from the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO shou d be under 2 watts. If exceeded, the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO wi shut off automatica y.
P ease check your device's specifications before use.
How long can the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO power up my device? As a genera ru e of thumb, working time = capacity (Wh) X .85 / operating wattage of your device.
For examp e, if your device is 6 W, with the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO, the working time wi be about 2 Wh X .85 / 6 W= 7.2hrs.
P ease note: the actua working time may vary from different usages and conditions.
Can I charge my HOMEPOWER ONE PRO while supplying power to other devices at the same time? Yes! The HOMEPOWER ONE PRO can be recharged while powering up and charging other devices.
Can the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO power the whole house? Please note that the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO is designed to be a PORTABLE backup battery power station. It keeps your choice of home devices charged and operational for up to 7 days (depending on the power required by the individual device and the frequency of your using it). It's compatible with home appliances, electronic communication and medical devices, security systems, and more. You can conveniently take the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO to the area where your device is located, and plug your device into the unit. If your devices are located in different areas and you need to power them at the same time, you can either move all the devices to one area or buy multiple HOMEPOWER ONE PRO units for more backup power and flexibility.
Does the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO turn on automatically if the power goes out? The HOMEPOWER ONE PRO is a portable power station. You will need to plug your device into the unit and turn on the unit after the power at your home goes out. It doesn't turn on automatically for safety reasons.
Can I use the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO indoors? Yes, the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO can be used indoors. It doesn't emit any gas or harmful substances. It's 1 % safe to be used indoors.
How long will the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO last? The HOMEPOWER ONE PRO will hold its full charge for a minimum of one year. As best practice, we recommend using and recharging it every six months to keep the product in good condition. We expect our products to last for a long time and you don't need to change the battery inside.
Is the HOMEPOWER ONE PRO waterproof? HOMEPOWER ONE PRO is NOT waterproof. Please do not store or use it in humid environments for long periods of time.

If acid enters eye, immediate y f ood eye with running co d water for at east minutes and seek further medica attention immediate y. 4) NEVER smoke or a ow a spark or f ame in the vicinity of battery. 5) Be extra cautious to reduce risk of dropping a meta too onto the battery. Impact to the battery may cause a spark, short-circuit, or other e ectrica exp osion. k) When charging the interna battery, do not restrict venti ation in any way. ) Under abusive conditions, iquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidenta y occurs, f ush with water. If iquid contacts eyes, additiona y seek medica he p. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns. m) Do not expose a power pack to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fire or temperature above 265°F / 3 °C may cause exp osion. n) Have servicing performed by a qua ified repair person using on y identica rep acement parts. This wi ensure that the safety of the product is maintained.
