Autoadvance Kit Description
The Autoadvance arm kit is a device mounted on a Kolver Linar2 or Linart arm that assists the operator in assembling self-tapping screws or in applications requiring strong axial thrust. It utilizes a pneumatic piston, integrated into the arm supporting the screwdriver, which is pushed down to provide axial thrust on the screw. This piston is controlled by an electrovalve, which, when powered, actuates the piston. Refer to the electrical connections section for details.
Autoadvance Kit Exploded View
The exploded view diagram displays all components of the Autoadvance Kit, allowing for easy identification of parts for assembly or replacement. The kit includes various fittings, an electrovalve, a cylinder, seals, springs, and connecting tubes.

Electrical Connection
Connect the supplied cable (code 895092/2M) to the electrovalve through the appropriate connector. The 2-meter cable features a molded electrovalve connector on one side and two wired pins on the other. The red wire connects to the 24V "Lever / W" or "Motor ON" signal from the Kolver unit's output connectors, while the black wire connects to the common 0VDC. Some unit models may have specific output signals for the self-advancing arm, labeled "Lever / W".

Mounting Instructions
- Insert the pneumatic cylinder into the hole of the fixing ring. A red arrow indicates the direction of insertion.
- Secure the cylinder with the 22mm nut. Ensure the pneumatic fittings are aligned laterally as shown in the figure.
- Connect the cylinder to the push bracket. An enlarged view shows a red arrow indicating the connection point.
- Fix the stem to the bracket up to the stop using a 5mm wrench. Secure the lock nut with a 10mm wrench.
- Place the bushing on the vertical bearing support. An arrow indicates the placement.
- Join the assembled kit to the arm holder plate. An arrow indicates the connection.
- Align the cylinder holder's fixing holes with the holes in the arm holder plate. Fasten the screws.
- Insert the kit mounted on the sliding rod. An arrow indicates the insertion direction.
Important Note on Manual Movement: To manually move the self-advancing block within the rod, it is necessary to press it against the vertical bearing support to simulate the piston's closing action. If no pressure is applied, the self-advancing block will prevent the arm from sliding upwards. When the arm is in the rest position, the piston must remain closed to keep the two parts supported.
The document illustrates two states: "Arm in locked position, Piston in the push phase" and "Arm free to slide, Piston closed in the rest position".
Protective Hood Assembly
The protection cap can be mounted or dismounted on the self-advancing block at the end of the entire assembly process. The diagram shows the cap and its mounting bracket.
Pneumatic Connections
The electrovalve is mounted to the support and then to the balancer. Diagrams illustrate these mounting steps.
Connection on the Electrovalve: Pneumatic lines are connected to the electrovalve ports labeled COMPRESS. AIR, AIR INPUT 1, AIR INPUT 2, AIR OUTPUT 1, and AIR OUTPUT 2.
Connection on the Piston: The piston assembly includes regulators for controlling piston return speed and piston push speed. Air regulators are present, with clockwise rotation closing the flow and counterclockwise rotation opening it.
