Safety Instructions

WARNING

Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in serious injury.

1. Check tire gas pressure before use. Inflate if necessary.
2. Check if screw parts are loose; tighten if yes.
3. Do not overload. The maximum load is 420 lbs.

Please read the instructions for safe operation carefully.

Assembly Precautions

• Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly can create hazards.
• Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
• Keep the assembly area clean and well lit.
• Keep bystanders out of the assembly area.
• Do not assemble when tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication.
• Weight capacity and product capabilities apply to the properly and completely assembled product only.
• Assemble on a flat, level, hard, and smooth surface capable of safely supporting a fully loaded boat trailer dolly.

Use Precautions

TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY AND DEATH FROM TIPPING:

• Do not sit, stand, or climb on this item.
• This product is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with or near this item.
• Do not lift while loaded.
• To prevent tipping, push/pull using the supplied handle only.
• Use as intended only.
• Inspect before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
• After use, please dry before storage to avoid rusting of bolts affecting use.
• This product can be pulled for people or cars. Please check it carefully before use.

Special Attention

The small wheel must be straightened before use. Accessories may bend if the wheel is not straightened before applying force.

Assembly

Tools Needed:

Socket Wrench

Manual Installation Method

Follow these steps for assembly:

• Connect [3] to [1] with [11]+[20]+[18].
• Connect [5] to [2] with [15].
• Connect [1] to [2] with [12]+[13]+[17].
• Connect [7] to the frame (part of [4]) with [14]+[16].
• Put [3] on [9], then put [10] on [9].
• Connect frame parts [4] and [4] with [19]+[20]+[18].
• Connect Handle [1] and frame part [4] with [11]+[20]+[18].

Re-confirm that all parts are locked, and then inflate the tires to a pressure of 27 KPa. The trailer mover is now ready for use.

NOTE: Do not exceed the prescribed tire pressure to avoid bursting.

Vehicle Installation Method

Step 1: Connect frame part [4] and Swivel Caster [8] with [19]+[20]+[18].

Step 2: Install the hitch ball cover, insert frame part [4] into Swivel Caster [3] and lock tightly.

Connect Hitch Ball Cover [5] to Swivel Caster [3] with [11]+[20].

Connect Swivel Caster [3] and frame part [4] with [11]+[20].

Re-confirm that all parts are locked, and then inflate the tires to a pressure of 27 KPa. The trailer mover is now ready for use.

NOTE: Do not exceed the prescribed tire pressure to avoid bursting.

Maintenance

• Do not overload.
• After use, please dry before storage to avoid rusting of bolts affecting use.
• Check bolts regularly for looseness.
