Taurus G-Series Ammo Rebate - Terms and Conditions

Thank you for purchasing a G-Series 9 mm Model. Follow these terms and conditions to claim your rebate for Hornady® Critical Defense® Ammo (two-25 round boxes of 9mm ammunition).

Eligibility

• Who Can Participate: This offer is valid only in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. State restrictions apply. The offer is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law, including the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws before submitting a rebate claim. Restricted states will receive a TrekLite® Lock Box XXL instead of ammunition. Dealers, distributors, and retailers are not eligible.
• Eligible Purchases: Purchase a new qualifying firearm (models listed below) between August 1 - 31, 2025. Only new firearms (not previously purchased, owned, or used) qualify. Each rebate claim must be submitted for a single firearm purchase. If you buy multiple qualifying firearms, submit a separate claim for each, ensuring you include a copy of the label and receipt for each firearm.

How to Submit Your Rebate Claim

• Deadline: Submit your rebate claim by 11:59 PM CST on September 30, 2025.
• Submission Method: All claims must be submitted online at https://tauruspromos.com. Mailed-in claims will not be accepted.
• Required Information:
  • 1. Serial Number: Enter the verified serial number of your firearm. Double-check for accuracy before submitting.
  • 2. UPC Code: Enter the 12-digit UPC code from your firearm label.
• Required Uploads:
  • A clear photo or scan of the original UPC and serial number label from the end of the firearm box.
  • A clear photo or scan of the dated store receipt or order confirmation showing the firearm purchase.
• Non-Qualifying Submissions: Your claim will be denied if: The firearm was purchased as a used product. Submitted documentation (receipt, UPC, serial number) is illegible or altered. Fictitious names, addresses, or false information are used. Required information and documentation are incomplete or missing.

Processing and Fulfillment

• After submitting a properly completed claim with all required documentation: Your claim will be verified by Taurus. Allow 8-10 weeks for the item to arrive.

Important Notes

• Taurus is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected submissions.
• Errors or delays due to technical issues (e.g., computer malfunctions) are not the responsibility of Taurus.

State Restrictions

The promotion strictly adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations. No exceptions will be made, and promotional items will be adjusted or withheld in compliance with applicable laws. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure eligibility under their state and local regulations before submitting a rebate claim. Rebates will not be honored in any jurisdiction where prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful.

States restricted from receiving ammunition will receive a Hornady TrekLite® Lock Box XXL. These states include, but are not limited to: Alaska (AK), California (CA), Connecticut (CT), Illinois (IL), Hawaii (HI), Massachusetts (MA), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Washington (WA), Washington, D.C.

Additional Terms

• Claims to P.O. Boxes will not be fulfilled.
• This offer cannot be published in any medium without prior written approval from Taurus. Taurus reserves the right to modify, cancel, rescind, or extend this offer at its discretion.
• Taurus reserves the right to: Verify all claim details. Disqualify any claims or participants suspected of tampering with the process. Modify or terminate this promotion at any time without notice.
• This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
