Vanguard Setup
Step 1: Attach Brake Wheels
Remove the bolt and washer from the brake wheels.

Insert the brake wheels into the vanguard and install the washer.

Now attach the nut with the bolt and tighten it properly with the help of a spanner (17 mm).

Note on Front Wheels: The two front wheels swivel 360° for easy rolling and steering on uneven surfaces and have brakes for reliable parking. These easy rolling wheels are air-free, and their highly textured design offers a better grip on gravel, grass, debris, and other difficult surfaces.
Step 2: Attach Main Wheels
Remove the bolt with the help of a spanner (19mm) and insert the wheels.

Then insert the bolt into the wheel and tighten it properly with the help of a spanner (19mm). Repeat this process again for the other wheel.

Cart Features and Operation
Note: The cart is designed for maximum efficiency on any ground with its impressive loading capacity, fully collapsible design, top-class craftsmanship, and resilient wheels.
Step 3: Secure Components with Knobs
Insert both the knobs into the bottom side of the cart and tighten it properly, as shown in the image.

Step 4: Handle Operation
Push the handle of the cart downwards and then push the handle upwards.

Note on Collapsibility: The handles easily collapse via a foot release bar at the bottom of the cart, making it easy to fit into car trunks.
Repeat the same with the other side as well.
Note on Capacity: The cart has an impressive capacity to haul up to 250kg/550lb load in a single go.
Step 5: Adjust Leg Length
Loosen both the knobs.

Note on Safety: The cart is geared toward safety with eyelets for hooking and strapping any even or unevenly shaped equipment, ensuring complete protection.
Increase the length of the legs and properly tighten its knob.

Extended Features and Specifications
Note on Extendable Bed: It offers an extendable bed that extends the cart length from 30" to a very long 52", making it more spacious.

PROAIM offers a one-year warranty for its products from the date of purchase. Within this period, repairs will be provided without charge for labor or parts. Warranty does not cover transportation costs or damage resulting from misuse or accidental damage. Warranty repairs are subject to inspection and evaluation by PROAIM.
