Installation Guide - Sensor

Follow these steps for installing the integrated Dali sensor:

  1. Prepare Mounting: Drill a hole (52mm diameter) in the ceiling or mounting surface. Insert a mounting screw (1) into the hole.
  2. Attach Bracket: Secure the mounting bracket to the luminaire using screws (2).
  3. Wire Luminaire: Connect the luminaire's power supply wires (L, N, DA+, DA-) to the appropriate terminals. Ensure correct wire gauge (Ø8...12.5mm, ≤5x2.5mm²).
  4. Mount Luminaire: Attach the luminaire to the prepared mounting point using the screw (1).
  5. Connect Sensor: Slide the sensor module into its designated slot on the luminaire. Ensure it clicks into place.
  6. Connect Power: Connect the main power supply to the luminaire, ensuring the switch is in the OFF position initially.
  7. Final Connections: Make all necessary electrical connections, including the sensor wiring.
  8. End Caps: Attach end caps to the luminaire.
  9. Activate System: Turn the power ON. The sensor system is now active.

Note: The diagram shows a warning symbol ⚠️ indicating electrical safety precautions, a power switch symbol (OFF/ON), and a manual symbol ? indicating the need to consult the manual.

Installation Guide - Suspension

Steps for suspending the luminaire:

  1. Prepare Ceiling Mount: Drill holes in the ceiling for the suspension points.
  2. Connect Suspension Wires: Attach suspension wires to the ceiling mounting points and the luminaire.
  3. Feed Wires: Route the suspension wires and power cables through the ceiling.
  4. Wire Luminaire: Connect the power supply and control wires to the luminaire's terminals. The wiring diagram shows connections for L, N, DA+, DA- with specific wire gauge requirements (Ø8...12.5mm, ≤5x2.5mm²).

EVERLOOP Drivers and Light Source Installation

The EVERLOOP system allows for easy driver and light source replacement.

  • EVERLOOP Drivers: The system is designed for quick driver access and replacement. Refer to www.ledvance.com/everloop-replacement for details.
  • Light Source Direct: Installation involves attaching the light source module to the luminaire body, ensuring secure connections.
  • Light Source Indirect: Installation involves similar steps, ensuring correct alignment and connection of the indirect light source module.

Installation Steps (General):

  • Ensure power is OFF before installation.
  • Follow the numbered steps indicated in the diagrams, which typically involve sliding, clicking, or connecting components.
  • For example, step 6 shows a 'click' action for connecting a component. Step 7 shows another 'click' for securing a part.

Sensors

Sensor Mounting: The sensor is designed to be mounted onto the luminaire profile, typically with a click mechanism.

Accessories

  • Tridonic remote control IR6: Part number 28000647. Used for controlling and programming the sensors.
  • Tridonic basic DIM ILD G2 Programmer: Part number 28003484. Used for advanced configuration and programming.

Sensor Coverage Diagrams

The PIR + Photocell sensor provides detection and daylight harvesting capabilities. The diagrams illustrate the detection range and coverage angles.

  • Detection Angle: The sensor has a detection angle of 22° for motion and a wider field of view for photocell detection.
