Support and Warranty

Delivery, Home Service, and Spare Parts

Electrolux offers delivery services for new appliances, including packaging removal and old appliance recycling (additional charge applies). Home Service provides repairs by trained technicians across Australia and New Zealand. Spare parts can be accessed via national phone numbers.

Warranty

Electrolux warrants appliances for domestic applications to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the original purchase date. Accessories have a 12-month warranty. This is in addition to consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and New Zealand consumer laws.
