STEP 1: Install the Block

Please notice the distance between the Block and two Racks. Make sure there is enough space for the whole Rack. Find a proper upper pin point (84.2") on the wall. Align the air level horizontally to affix the Block on the wall, observe the level, move the Block carefully to make the air bubble stay in the middle of the level, and mark another point on the wall.

Diagram Description: Illustrates mounting the block on a wooden stud wall. Shows a height of 84.2" and stud spacing of 16" apart, with a 24" measurement indicated.

STEP 2: Drill mounting holes

Drill holes at two points perpendicularly to the wall surface. Each hole depth is 3 4/7" / 90mm.

Diagram Description: Shows a wall cross-section with a drill bit creating a hole of 10mm diameter and 90mm depth.

Step 3: Install the screws

Put all these three parts together before hammering.

Diagram Description: Shows parts b (expansion sleeve), c (washer), and a (self-tapping screw) ready for assembly.

STEP 4: Hammer the expansion sleeve into holes

Hammer screws 'a' with 'b' and 'c' into the first hole. Make sure the sleeve end is in the same flat plane with the wall. Keep the air bubble in the middle, and tighten the screw. Put the cover on and screw securely together using all the four cap screws tightened.

Diagram Description: Depicts hammering the screw and sleeve into the wall, followed by tightening with a T-type wrench (d). Four cap screws (e) are shown for securing the cover.

STEP 5: Install the LEGS & PIN HEAD

Screw the supporting legs into the sockets with screw-thread. And fasten them tightly. Screw the two hemispheres into Racks respectively, tighten them all. You may need the wrench which we prepared for you.
