We recommend installing MXview One using the offline method first to avoid any compatibility issues. If you are unable to activate MXview One using the online installation method, install the software using the offline method. 2 Offline Installation To perform an offline installation of MXview One on systems running Linux, do the following: 1. Put the following MXview One files in the "~" directory. MXview_One_Linux_Vx.x.x_xxxxxxxx.deb installer.sh mxview-one-deps_xxx.deb 2. Execute the following command to start the installation process: #sudo OFFLINE_DEP=mxview-one-deps_xxx.deb ./installer.sh MXview_One_Linux_Vx.x.x_xxxxxxxx.deb 3. Configure MXview One as a system service and restart Linux: # sudo /usr/mxview/mxview-control-panel/MXControlPanel service --action activate # sudo reboot now 4. Execute the following command: #sudo systemctl start mxview-one 5. Open a web browser and navigate to https://[host IP address]. The host IP address is the IP of the computer running MXview One. The default IP address is: 127.0.0.1 6. Log in to MXview One. The default credentials are: Username: admin Password: moxa 3 Online Installation MXview One can be installed on Linux systems using the online method. Put the following MXview One files in the "~" directory. MXview_One_Linux_Vx.x.x_xxxxxxxx.deb 2. Install the database package: # sudo apt install -y curl ca-certificates # sudo install -d /usr/share/postgresql-common/pgdg # sudo curl -o /usr/share/postgresql-common/pgdg/apt.postgresql.org.asc --fail https://www.postgresql.org/media/keys/ACCC4CF8.asc # sudo sh -c 'echo "deb [signed-by=/usr/share/postgresql-common/pgdg/apt.postgresql.org.asc] https://apt-archive.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt $(lsb_release -cs)-pgdg main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pgdg.list' # sudo apt update -y # sudo apt install -y postgresql-15 3.
