Hold the SET °F/°C button to enter the Settings Menu. 3. Use the +/- buttons to adjust values, holding to change quickly. 4. Press the SET °F/°C button to confirm settings and move to the next item in the menu. Settings Menu Order: · WWVB Atomic Time (ON/OFF) · Time Zone - 7 time zones · DST (Daylight Saving Time ON/OFF) · Hour · Minutes · Year · Month · Date Time Zones AST = Atlantic EST = Eastern CST = Central MST = Mountain PST = Pacific AKT = Alaska HAT = Hawaii Atomic Time: The menu will skip the Time Zone and DST settings if Atomic Time is set to OFF. DST: If your area follows Daylight Saving Time, leave this setting ON for automatic time changes. Weekday: Your weekday will be set automatically when the Year, Month, and Date are set correctly. 2 Fahrenheit/Celsius Display Press and release the SET °F/°C button to select Fahrenheit or Celsius Temperature Display. Hold the ALARM button to enter the Alarm Settings, "AL" will show. 2. Use the +/- buttons to adjust values, holding to change quickly. 3.
