1. Safety Instructions
This product is a power station battery. Please follow basic precautions, including:
- Operate the product in a dry and well-ventilated place. Dry thoroughly before use if it gets wet.
- Close monitoring is required when using this product near children to reduce the risk of injury.

- Do not touch the AC interface with metal to prevent electric shock, fire, or other dangers.

3.3 AC Charging
Use the original ALLPOWERS standard AC charging cable. Connect directly to a wall power socket, avoiding extension cords if possible. Ensure your household wiring can support 10A (220V-240V) / 15A (100V-120V). If not, use a suitable power source.

3.4 Solar Charging
Connect solar panels in series as shown. Ensure the solar panel's output voltage is within 150V, maximum current is 13A, and maximum charging power is within 1000W.

3.5 UPS Function (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
This product supports UPS functionality. Connect the power grid to the AC input port. When the power grid fails, the product automatically switches to battery power within 15ms. For UPS use, it's recommended to connect only one device at a time to avoid overload. Note:
- The UPS function icon lights up when AC charging and AC output are active.
- For UPS to function correctly, the AC output power should not exceed 1500W for 100~120V mains voltage or 2000W for 220~240V mains voltage. Exceeding this limit may cause the power station to supply power simultaneously with the mains until its battery reaches 5% and AC output turns off.

3.6 APP Operation Guide
3.6.1 APP Download
Scan the QR code below using your mobile phone to download and install the APP.

3.6.2 Bluetooth Connection
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both the power station and your mobile phone. Refer to FAQ Q10 for Bluetooth activation. Open the mobile APP, click the Bluetooth icon, and follow the prompts to scan and connect to the power station. A successful connection will display 'AP S2000PRO V2.0'.
3.6.3 Mobile APP Operation Instructions
The mobile APP allows you to:
- Display output remaining time
- Display remaining battery capacity
- Display input power
- Display output power
- Control AC switch

- Q1. What type of battery does the product use?
This product uses high-quality Ternary lithium battery. - Q2. What devices can S2000PRO power?
The AC output port has a rated power of 2400W (peak 4000W). It can power most household appliances. Ensure the total power of connected devices is less than the rated power. - Q3. How to know how long the product can supply power?
The LCD screen displays the battery life, which can be used to estimate runtime for devices with stable power consumption. - Q4. How to judge the product is charging?
The LCD screen shows the remaining charging time, and the battery indicator circle has a breathing animation effect. - Q5. How to clean the product?
Wipe with a dry, soft, clean cloth or paper towel. - Q6. How to store the product?
Turn off the product and store it in a dry, ventilated place at room temperature. Avoid storing near water. For long-term storage, discharge to 30% and recharge to 60% every three months to prolong battery life. - Q7. Can this product be brought on the plane?
No. - Q8. Can the S2000PRO be charged while using?
Yes, the product supports simultaneous charging and discharging. - Q9. Is the actual output capacity consistent with the target capacity?
The manual states the rated capacity. Actual output capacity is lower due to efficiency losses during charging and discharging. - Q10. How to turn on/off the Bluetooth of the power station?
Bluetooth is off by default. Turn it on/off by pressing and holding the "DC OUTPUT" button for 3 seconds after turning on the device. The Bluetooth icon on the display will change accordingly. - Q11. How to turn on/off the beep of the button?
The button beep is on by default. Turn it on/off by pressing and holding the "AC OUTPUT+DC OUTPUT" button for 3 seconds after turning on the device until a prompt sound is heard.
5. Troubleshooting
Fault codes displayed on the screen indicate specific issues:
- E102: Charging low temperature protection. Automatic recovery when ambient temperature is suitable.
- E103: Charging high temperature protection. Stop charging, check vents for ventilation. Automatic recovery when temperature drops.
- E104: Discharge low temperature protection. Automatic recovery when ambient temperature is suitable.
- E105: Discharge high temperature protection. Shut down, let stand for over 2 hours. Automatic recovery when temperature drops.
- E107: Total output (AC+DC) discharge overload. Remove part of the load and manually turn on AC again.
- E210: AC discharge overcurrent. Remove the load and manually turn on AC again.
- E211: AC discharge overload. Remove the load, manually turn on AC again. Do not use for devices exceeding rated output power.
- E212: AC discharge short circuit. Remove the load, repair the load circuit, and manually turn on AC.
- E301: MPPT input overvoltage. Remove the solar panel. Do not use solar panels exceeding the rated voltage range.
- Other faults: Consult customer service for details.
