Product Overview
The IDW23 Smart Watch is designed with features such as IP68 water resistance, ultra-long battery life, full-screen touch control, and low latency. It supports 100 workout modes and multiple cloud watch faces. The watch can monitor heart rate and stress throughout the day, detect blood oxygen levels, and track sleep patterns.
Device Components:
- Physical Button: A button located on the side of the watch for navigation and power functions.
- Heart Rate Sensor: Located on the back of the watch to measure heart rate.
- Microphone: A small opening for audio input.
- Pressure Relief Hole: A small aperture, potentially for waterproofing or sound.

Getting Started
Turning On/Off
Turning On: If the watch is off, it automatically turns on when you connect it to charge. You can also long-press the physical button to turn it on.
Note: Charge the watch to activate it before first use. Always use the original power adapter for charging.
Turning Off: To turn off the watch, navigate to Settings -> Turning off menu.
Physical Button Operation
- Short Press: Returns to the previous screen or wakes the screen when it is off.
- Long Press: Turns on the watch. If the watch is already on, a long press for 8 seconds will restart the device.
Encoder Crown
Rotate the encoder crown up and down to navigate through the watch interface.
Screen Operation
Interact with the watch using touch gestures:
- Swipe Up/Down: Toggle through menus or view long text/details.
- Swipe Left/Right: Toggle through menus.
- Tap Screen: Enter a menu or operate according to on-screen prompts.
- Tap and Hold Screen: Switch between different watch faces.
App Download and Pairing
1. App Download: Download and install the "VeryFit" app from the App Store, Google Play, or by scanning the provided QR code.
2. Pairing:
- Open the VeryFit app.
- Activate Bluetooth connection on your smartphone.
- Search for the device to pair within the app (or scan the QR code on the device).
- Complete the binding process on the app or the device.

Care and Maintenance
Follow these three suggestions for optimal use and maintenance:

- Do not wear the product too tightly on your wrist.
Cleaning:
- Do not use household cleansers. Use soap-free cleansers instead.
- For stubborn stains, it is recommended to clean with alcohol.

- Protect the product from strong impacts or jolts to prevent damage and product failures.
- Do not disassemble or modify the product or its accessories yourself. Contact customer service for after-sales support if the product fails.
Battery Safety:
- Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
- Do not dispose of the battery in fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crush or cut it, as this can result in an explosion.
- Avoid leaving the battery in extremely high temperature environments, which can lead to explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- Avoid exposing the battery to extremely low air pressure, which may result in an explosion or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
Wear and Care
Some users may experience skin irritation when wearing the smart watch. To minimize the potential for irritation:
- Keep the device clean and dry.
- Ensure the watch is not worn too tightly; maintain a gap of about one finger's width.
- Periodically remove the device to allow your wrist to relax.
- After exercise, clean and dry both your wrists and the watch before wearing again, as residual sweat can corrode the watch.
- It is recommended to regularly clean the watch with soap or hand sanitizer.
- If skin allergy occurs, remove the watch and seek medical advice promptly.
