Porodo Gaming offers a one-year warranty for repair or replacement of the device for any quality problems, excluding damage caused by misuse or accidents.
If the user's location cannot facilitate repairs, please send the device back to Porodo Gaming for service. Repairs will be completed and shipped out within 2 weeks of receiving the returned device.
