DocumentDocumentwww.dsisrael.com ZOE CEMENT QUICK SET Zoer Quick INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE DESCRIPTION DSI Zoer Quick is quick set easy mix zinc oxide-eugenol composition for thermal insulation and temporary restorations. COMPOSITION: Powder is Zinc Oxide and liquid contains Eugenol and Acetic Acid. INDICATIONS: Temporary restoration, temporary cementation of crowns, cavity liner under most restorative materials. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Mix Powder and liquid in a ratio of 0.32 to 0.08 (1scoop powder and 3-4 drop liquid) for about 45-60 seconds to obtains putty consistency. Place the putty into the cavity and remove excess of the product immediately. Allow hardening for 1112 minutes. Trim the restoration with a tungsten carbide bur. Warnings: Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin (allergic contact dermatitis), and eyes. Avoid prolonged inhalation. Do not take it internally. Contact with the skin may cause irritation, burns, or hypersensitivity. If contact with skin occurs, immediately wipe off thoroughly with cotton and alcohol and then wash well with soap and water. If skin rash and sensitization or other allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and consult a physician. It should not be used with patients who have a history of severe allergic reactions to any of the components. CONTRAINDICATIONS: It is contraindicated for use with patient who have a history of severe allergic reaction to any of the components. PRECAUTIONS: Zoer Quick is a Eugenol based composition and therefore it should not be used as a liner under resin based filling materials. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not invert the bottle upside down while opening to avoid excess dispensing of the powder and avoid excessive force while dispensing the liquid from the dropper. STORAGE: Store at a temperature between 10°C (50°F) to 24°C (75°F). Close the cap carefully after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life is not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place. Shelf Life: 3 years from the date of Manufacturing. PACKAGING: 20g Powder, 10ml Liquid, Spoon, Mixing Pad & Dispensing Dropper.
