PREMESSA. Smartech Plus è un cronotermostato Smart progettato per garantire condizioni di temperatura ambiente ideali in ogni momento del giorno e della notte per ogni singolo giorno della settimana. Se connesso ad Internet tramite la rete WiFi di casa, questo dispositivo consente di gestire il sistema di climatizzazione da remoto in modo semplice ed efficiente direttamente dal proprio smartphone. Smartech Plus è composto da Smartech Plus Cronotermostato (in seguito Cronotermostato) e da Smartech Plus Gateway (in seguito Gateway). La sua installazione richiede pochi minuti: il Gateway viene alimentato tramite la rete elettrica a 230 Volt AC e deve essere connesso al generatore tramite bus di comunicazione o tramite contatto di richiesta funzionamento. Mentre il Cronotermostato, con alimentazione indipendente a batterie, non necessita di nessun collegamento elettrico ed è dotato di un display con tecnologia e-ink per la visualizzazione delle principali informazioni come temperatura ambiente, modalità di funzionamento, ecc. Il Cronotermostato può essere posizionato sulla propria base da tavolo (fornita nella confezione), oppure può essere installato a parete. La comunicazione tra Gateway e Cronotermostato avviene tramite connessione Bluetooth, mentre tra Gateway e Cloud Immergas tramite connessione WiFi. Il sistema è completato dall'applicazione "Smartech" che può essere scaricata dallo Store iOS e/o Android e installata su dispositivo mobile (smartphone). Terminata l'installazione, il cronotermostato è già funzionante, grazie al programma preimpostato al suo interno. L'utilizzo dell'app dedicata rende la programmazione del sistema Smartech Plus di estrema facilità, oltre a consentire un controllo completo di tutti i valori impostati. AVVERTENZE GENERALI. Il presente manuale è stato redatto per l'installatore e include anche istruzioni di base per l'utente finale. · Leggere attentamente le avvertenze contenute nel presente documento che forniscono indicazioni sulle caratteristiche tecniche e sulle istruzioni di installazione, montaggio, programmazione, regolazione e uso. · L'installazione del dispositivo deve essere eseguita in conformità alle norme vigenti in materia di installazione elettrica. · Il presente manuale istruzioni e il manuale dell'applicazione `Smartech', devono essere "conservati per futuri riferimenti". · Dopo aver tolto l'imballaggio, assicurarsi dell'integrità del Gateway, del Cronotermostato e del cavo di alimentazione fornito a corredo. In caso di dubbio, non utilizzarli e rivolgersi al Rivenditore o al Costruttore. · Il Gateway e il Cronotermostato sono destinati soltanto all'uso per il quale sono stati espressamente concepiti. Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e quindi pericoloso. · I Nostri prodotti sono realizzati in conformità alle vigenti normative di sicurezza. Durante l'installazione e l'utilizzo degli stessi si raccomanda di osservare tutte le precauzioni per evitare di recare danno a persone o cose. · Non smontare parti del Gateway o del Cronotermostato quando questi sono in funzione. · Non usare il Gateway e il Cronotermostato esposti a fonti di calore o ai raggi diretti del sole. · Il costruttore si ritiene sollevato da eventuali responsabilità nei seguenti casi: a) Installazione non corretta. b) Difetti di funzionamento della caldaia alla quale sono connessi il Gateway e il Cronotermostato. c) Modifiche o interventi non autorizzati dal costruttore. d) Inosservanza totale o parziale delle istruzioni. e) Eventi eccezionali ecc. N.B.: il Gateway e il Cronotermostato devono essere installati a meno di 2 metri di altezza dal pavimento; N.B.: il Gateway e il Cronotermostato non possono essere installati all'esterno dell'abitazione; N.B.: il Gateway e il Cronotermostato non possono essere installati a meno di 20 cm dal corpo umano. 77 77 PULIZIA DEL RIVESTIMENTO. Per pulire il rivestimento del Gateway e del Cronotermostato usare un panno asciutto. Non usare detersivi abrasivi o in polvere. AVVERTENZA. Immergas si riserva la facoltà, ferme restando le caratteristiche essenziali del modello qui descritto ed illustrato, di apportare miglioramenti e modifiche a particolari ed accessori del prodotto. 1. INSTALLAZIONE. 1.1 Avvertenze di installazione. L'installazione del Gateway, comprensiva dei relativi cavi e dei collegamenti al generatore, deve essere eseguita da personale specializzato opportunamente istruito allo scopo. All'atto della verifica iniziale gratuita del generatore Immergas, allorchè il Gateway risulti inserito nell'impianto, il Centro Assistenza Autorizzato Immergas ne verifica il collegamento elettrico ed il regolare funzionamento. Non è prevista da parte del Centro Assistenza Autorizzato Immergas la verifica gratuita del solo Gateway se questa viene richiesta successivamente alla fase di avvio della garanzia del generatore, oppure se il Gateway non è connesso ad un generatore Immergas. Attenzione: dalle operazioni di verifica gratuita del generatore Immergas sono escluse la posa in opera dei cavi del Gateway, di competenza della ditta installatrice. 1.2 Contenuto della confezione. Smartech Plus is a Smart chrono-thermostat designed to guarantee ideal room temperature conditions at any time of the day and night for each individual day of the week. If connected to the Internet via home WiFi, this device is able to remotely control the air-conditioning system in a simple and efficient way directly from one's smartphone. Smartech Plus consists of Smartech Plus Chrono-thermostat (hereinafter Chrono-thermostat) and Smartech Plus Gateway (hereinafter Gateway). It can be installed in a few minutes: the Gateway is powered at 230 Volt AC by the mains and must be connected to the generator via communication bus or operation request contact. While the Chrono-thermostat, with independent battery power supply, does not require any electrical connection and is equipped with an e-ink technology display for displaying the main information such as room temperature, operation mode, etc. The Chrono-thermostat can be positioned on its table base (supplied in the package), or it can be wall-mounted. Communication between Gateway and Chrono-thermostat is performed via Bluetooth connection, while between Gateway and Immergas Cloud via WiFi. The system is completed by the "Smartech" application which can be downloaded from the iOS and/or Android Store and installed on the mobile device (smartphone). On completion of installation, the chrono-thermostat is already operational thanks to the pre-set program inside. Use of the dedicated app makes it extremely easy to program the Smartech Plus system and to completely control all the set values. GENERAL WARNINGS. This manual has been drafted for the installer and also includes basic instructions for the end user. · Carefully read the warnings contained in this document as they provide indications on the technical features as well as the installation, assembly, programming, adjustment and use instructions. · The device must be installed in compliance with electrical installation standards in force. · This instruction manual and the "Smartech" application manual must be "kept for future reference". · After having removed the packaging, check the integrity of the Gateway, of the Chrono-thermostat and of the power cable supplied. If in doubt, do not use them and contact the Dealer or Manufacturer. · The Gateway and the Chrono-thermostat are only intended for the use which they have been specifically designed for. Any other use must be considered improper and therefore dangerous. · Our products are manufactured in compliance with current safety standards. During installation and use, it is recommended to observe all the precautions to avoid harming persons or damaging objects. · Do not disassemble parts of the Gateway or the Chrono-thermostat when they are in operation. · Do not use the Gateway and the Chrono-thermostat exposed to heat sources or direct sunlight. · The manufacturer will not be held responsible in the following cases: a) Incorrect installation. b) Boiler functioning defects to which the Chronothermostat and the Gateway module are connected. c) Changes or interventions not authorised by the manufacturer. d) Total or partial failure to comply with instructions. e) Exceptional events etc. N.B.: the Gateway and the Chrono-thermostat must be installed at least 2 m above the ground; N.B.: the Gateway and the Chrono-thermostat cannot be installed outdoors; N.B.: the Gateway and the Chrono-thermostat cannot be installed less than 20 cm from the human body. CLEANING THE CASE. Use a dry cloth to clean the cover of the Gateway and of the Chrono-thermostat. Never use abrasive or powder detergents. WARNING. Immergas reserves the right to make improvements and changes to details and accessories of the product, excepting the essential features of the model described and illustrated herein. 1. INSTALLATION. 1.1 Installation recommendations. The Gateway, including the relative cables and connections to the generator, must be installed by specialised staff specifically trained for this purpose. On the free initial check of the Immergas generator, when the Gateway is inserted into the system, the Immergas authorised After-sales Centre checks the electrical connection and regular operation. The free check just of the Gateway is not envisioned by the Immergas authorised After-sales Centre if this is requested after the generator warranty has started, or if the Gateway is not connected to an Immergas generator. Attention: laying the Gateway cables is excluded from the free Immergas generator checks; it is the responsibility of the installer company. 1.2 Package contents. N.B.: prima di effettuare qualsiasi collegamento elettrico accertarsi che tutti gli apparecchi coinvolti siano disconnessi dalla rete elettrica. N.B.: il Gateway deve essere alimentato esclusivamente utilizzando il cavo di alimentazione fornito di serie con il prodotto. Nel caso in cui il cavo di alimentazione risultasse danneggiato, non utilizzare il dispositivo e contattare un Centro Assistenza Autorizzato Immergas. N.B.: per una corretta installazione predisporre una linea elettrica dedicata per il collegamento del Gateway secondo le normative vigenti riguardanti gli impianti elettrici. Se questo non fosse possibile eventuali disturbi dovuti ad altri cavi elettrici potrebbero causare il mal funzionamento del modulo stesso. I collegamenti elettrici del Gateway devono essere eseguiti seguendo gli schemi illustrati nel capitolo 4, oppure come da istruzioni fornite nel manuale di installazione del generatore Immergas. In caso di utilizzo in abbinamento a un generatore non Immergas, il cavo di alimentazione del Gateway deve essere connesso ad una rete 230Vac / 50Hz in conformità alle vigenti normative in materia di installazione elettrica, prevedendo comunque un dispositivo di disconnessione onnipolare con categoria di sovratensione classe III. 1.6 Installazione a parete degli apparecchi. N.B.: assicurarsi che la zona di installazione del modulo di ricezione/trasmissione dati (Gateway) riceva adeguatamente il segnale della rete Wi-Fi di casa e del Bluetooth del Cronotermostato. N.B.: il supporto per l'installazione a parete è il medesimo sia per fissare il Gateway che il Cronotermostato. Fissaggio a parete Gateway (Fig. 3): installare il supporto (2) fissandolo alla parete tramite i tasselli ad espansione (1) e le viti in dotazione (3). N.B.: prestare attenzione nel posizionare correttamente la livella a bolla (10) verso il basso. Dopo aver cablato il Gateway (4) come indicato negli schemi di collegamento illustrati nel Capitolo 4, posizionare il blocca cavo (7) nell'apposita sede (8). Se sono stati utilizzati cavi aggiuntivi per connettere le porte di comunicazione IMGBus e/o ModBUS, rompere i pretranci (9) per consentire a questi cavi di uscire dall'involucro del Gateway. Agganciare il Gateway (4) al supporto (2) precedentemente fissato alla parete e infine bloccarlo serrando a fondo le due viti di fissaggio (5). 1 2 3 4 5 10 7 6 7 9 84 3 Fissaggio a parete Cronotermostato (Fig. 4): installare il supporto (2) fissandolo alla parete tramite i tasselli ad espansione (1) e le viti in dotazione (3). N.B.: prestare attenzione nel posizionare correttamente la livella a bolla (5) verso il basso. Sganciare il corpo del Cronotermostato (4) dalla base da tavolo, quindi inserire le 2 batterie tipo LR03 (AAA) a corredo nell'apposito vano (Fig. 5), successivamente agganciare il Cronotermostato a pressione sul supporto (2). Per sostituire le batterie, sganciare il Cronotermostato (4) dal supporto a muro (2) e ripetere le operazioni descritte sopra. A fine installazione rimuovere la pellicola protettiva dal display del Cronotermostato. 2 5 4 5 1.7 Abbinamento Gateway - Cronotermostato. Dopo aver alimentato il generatore, il Gateway e il Cronotermostato, attendere circa 30 secondi prima di effettuare qualsiasi impostazione sul sistema in modo che la comunicazione fra Gateway, generatore e Cronotermostato si sia instaurata correttamente. N.B.: tutti i cronotermostati "Smartech Plus" sono già configurati per poter funzionare correttamente con il proprio Gateway, quindi non necessitano di alcuna configurazione aggiuntiva per farli funzionare. Nel caso di malfunzionamento è possibile effettuare un nuovo abbinamento tra Gateway e Termostato procedendo come descritto di seguito: - assicurarsi di avere acceso il Gateway da almeno 5 minuti; - tenere premuto sul Getaway il pulsante "Reset" fino a quando la segnalazione sul Led "BLE" passa da 5 lampeggi veloci al secondo, a un lampeggio al secondo; - con Cronotermostato impostato sulla finestra principale, premere e tenere premuto lo stesso per 3 secondi fino a far comparire il menù "Mode" o "Program", dopodichè ruotare il Cronotermostato fino a visualizzare il menù "Settings". A questo punto premere nuovamente e ruotare per selezionare il menù "Diagnostic" e premere per confermare ed entrare nel menù; - premere nuovamente il Cronotermostato, sul display comparirà il messaggio "Pairing". Quando compare la segnalazione "Disconnect", il Cronotermostato è associato al Gateway; - per tornare al menù principale, premere e tenere premuto a lungo il Cronotermostato; - spegnere (togliendo tensione) e riaccendere il Gateway. 1.8 Operazioni di download e installazione applicazione sui dispositivi mobili (smartphone). Utilizzando il dispositivo mobile su cui si vuole installare l'applicazione, collegarsi al relativo Store di applicazioni di riferimento: App Store (Apple) o Play Store (Android) e digitare "Immergas smartech" nel campo di ricerca. L'applicazione funziona con sistema operativo IOS 12 o superiore (Apple) e Android 10 o superiore. Selezionare l'applicazione gratuita "Smartech" e attendere il suo download e installazione sul dispositivo mobile utilizzato. Aprire la App "Smartech" e scaricare il manuale di istruzioni premendo sul bottone "Istruzioni e avvertenze". Seguire le istruzioni in esso riportate per procedere alla registrazione e associazione con il sistema Smartech Plus installato. Il manuale è scaricabile anche dal sito www.immergas. com. N.B: il nome della rete Wi-Fi e la password a cui verrà collegato Smartech Plus non deve contenere al suo interno il simbolo "&" e la metodologia di criptazione deve essere la WPA2 PSK; in caso contrario potrebbero verificarsi dei malfunzionamenti. 1.9 Configurazione tipologia impianto senza connessione Wi-Fi. L'associazione del sistema Smartech Plus al tipo di generatore connesso avviene completando la procedura di registrazione utente tramite l'app "Smartech" (paragrafo 1.8). Nel caso in cui al primo avviamento dell'impianto non sia disponibile la connessione WiFi (quindi non si possa effettuare la procedura citata sopra), è possibile selezionare temporaneamente il tipo di generatore connesso come segue: - effettuare i collegamenti elettrici sul Gateway come de- scritto al paragrafo 1.5, quindi alimentare il dispositivo; - inserire le batterie all'interno del Cronotermostato; - una volta visualizzato il logo Immergas, tenere premuto il Cronotermostato fino alla visualizzazione dell'elenco tipologia generatori; - ruotare il Cronotermostato sul tipo di generatore desiderato; - premere il Cronotermostato per confermare. 70 27 2 1.5 Gateway electrical connection. N.B.: before performing any electrical connection, make sure that all the involved appliances are disconnected from the mains. N.B.: the Gateway must only be powered by the power cable supplied as per standard with the product. Should the power cable be damaged, do not use the device and contact an authorised Immergas After-sales Centre. N.B.: for correct installation prepare a dedicated power line for the connection of the Gateway according to the Standards in force regarding electrical systems. If this is not possible interference due to other electric cables could cause malfunctioning of the module itself. The electrical connections of the Gateway must be carried out following the diagrams illustrated in chapter 4, or the instructions supplied in the Immergas generator installation manual. If used coupled to a generator not manufactured by Immergas, the Gateway power cable must be connected to a 230Vac / 50Hz mains in compliance with standards in force regarding electrical installation, which anyhow must include a class III overvoltage category omnipolar disconnection device. 1.6 Wall-mounting of appliances. N.B.: make sure that the area of installation of the data reception/transmission module (Gateway) receives the signal of the home Wi-Fi network properly and the Chrono-thermostat Bluetooth. N.B.: the wall-mounted support installation is the same both for fixing the Gateway and the Chrono-thermostat. Gateway wall-mounting (Fig. 3): install the mount (2) fixing it to the wall with expansion plugs (1) and the supplied screws (3). N.B.: pay attention to correctly position the spirit level (10) downwards. After having wired the Gateway (4) as indicated in the connection diagrams illustrated in chapter 4, position the cable gland (7) in the specific slot (8). If additional cables were used to connect the IMGBus and/or ModBUS communication ports, break the pre-cuts (9) to allow these cables to come out of the Gateway enclosure. Apply the Gateway (4) to the mount (2) already fixed to the wall and secure it by tightening the two fixing screws all the way (5). 1 2 3 4 5 10 7 6 7 9 84 3 Chrono-thermostat wall-mounting (Fig. 4): install the mount (2) fixing it to the wall with expansion plugs (1) and the supplied screws (3). N.B.: pay attention to correctly position the spirit level (5) downwards. Release the body of the Chrono-thermostat (4) from the table base, then insert the 2 LR03 (AAA) batteries supplied in the specific compartment (Fig. 5), then press-couple the Chrono-thermostat on the mount (2). To replace the batteries, release the Chrono-thermostat (4) from the wall mount (2) and repeat the above operations. At the end of the installation, remove the protective film from the display of the chrono-thermostat. 5 4 5 1.7 Gateway - Chrono-thermostat coupling. After having powered the generator, the Gateway and the Chrono-thermostat, wait 30 seconds before performing any setting on the system so that communication between the Gateway, generator and Chrono-thermostat is properly established. N.B.: all "Smartech Plus" chrono-thermostats are already configured to work correctly with your Gateway, so they do not need any additional configuration to make them work. In case of a malfunction, the Gateway and Thermostat can be re-coupled by proceeding as follows: - make sure you have turned on the Gateway for at least 5 minutes; - keep the "Reset" button on the Gateway pressed until the indication on the "BLE" LED switches from 5 quick blinks a second to one blink a second; - with Chrono-thermostat set on the main window, press and hold the same key for 3 seconds until the "Mode" or "Program" menu appears, then rotate the Chronothermostat to display the "Settings" menu. At this point again press and hold the key to select the "Diagnostic" menu and press to confirm and to enter the menu; - press the Chrono-thermostat again, the message "Pairing" will appear on the display. When "Disconnect" appears, the Chrono-thermostat is paired to the Gateway; - press and hold the Chrono-thermostat to go back to the main menu; - switch off (removing power) and switch the Gateway back on. 1.8 Application download and installation on mobile devices (smartphone). Using the mobile device on which to install the application, connect to the App store of reference: App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Android) and type in "Immergas Smartech" in the search field. The app works with IOS 12 operating system or higher (Apple) and Android 10 or higher. Select the free "Smartech" application and wait for its download and installation on the mobile device used. Open the "Smartech" app and download the instruction manual by pressing the "Instructions and warnings" button. Follow its instructions to register and pair it with the installed Smartech Plus system. The manual can be downloaded from the website www. immergas.com. N.B: the name of the Wi-Fi network and password to which Smartech Plus will be connected must not contain the "&" symbol and the encryption methodology must be WPA2 PSK; otherwise, malfunctions could occur. 1.9 Type of system configuration without Wi-Fi connection. The Smartech Plus system is paired to the type of generator connected by completing the user registration procedure on the "Smartech" app (paragraph 1.8). If there is no WiFi connection available when first starting the system (and therefore the above-mentioned procedure cannot be performed), the type of generator connected can be selected temporarily as follows: - make the electrical connections on the Gateway as described in paragraph 1.5, then power the device; - insert the batteries in the Chrono-thermostat; - once the Immergas logo is displayed, keep the Chrono-thermostat pressed until the list of the type of generators appears; - rotate the Chrono-thermostat to the desired type of generator; - press the Chrono-thermostat to confirm. N.B: la selezione sopra descritta è temporanea e verrà persa in caso di rimozione delle batterie dal Cronotermostato. In questo caso, verrà ripristinato il valore di default dell'impostazione (generatore tipo `IMG BUS'). 2. MODALITÀ DI SICUREZZA SMARTECH PLUS Il sistema Smartech Plus attiva la `Modalità di sicurezza' nel caso in cui si interrompa la comunicazione Bluetooth tra Gateway e Cronotermostato. Questo fondamentalmente potrebbe verificarsi nel caso in cui i due dispositivi si trovano ad una distanza superiore alla massima consentita per l'installazione specifica (in questo caso sul display del Cronotermostato appare la segnalazione `Disconnected'), oppure nel caso in cui le batterie del Cronotermostato si esauriscano. In `Modalità sicurezza' il Gateway comanda l'attivazione del generatore in riscaldamento con una temperatura dell'acqua pari a 20°C, così da proteggere il sistema di riscaldamento e gli ambienti interessati contro il gelo. N.B.: questa funzione viene attivata esclusivamente con sistema in modalità `OFF' o `Inverno', e non è attiva nel caso in cui il generatore sia comandato dal Gateway tramite il solo contatto di richiesta funzionamento (in quest'ultimo caso, se si interrompe la comunicazione con il Cronotermostato, il Gateway toglie la richiesta di funzionamento ed eventuali protezioni antigelo impianto sono demandate interamente al generatore). 3. Questo LED deve essere sempre acceso fisso e di colore verde. Segnala la connessione Bluetooth del Gateway con il cronotermostato Smartech Plus: · 1 lampeggio ogni 4 secondi: significa che la comunicazione tra il Gateway e il Cro- Led notermostato è instaurata correttamente; BLE · 5 lampeggi al secondo: significa che il Gateway sta cercando di connettersi al cronotermostato, nel caso in cui questa segnalazione avvenga frequentemente, provare ad avvicinare il Gateway al cro- notermostato o viceversa. Led Bus E' un Led di servizio gestito a parte dal Gateway, il suo funzionamento è indipendente da qualsiasi stato del Gateway. SAFETY MODE SMARTECH PLUS The Smartech Plus system activates the `Safety mode' if Bluetooth communication fails between Gateway and Chrono-thermostat. Basically this could occur if the two devices are further away than the maximum allowed distance for the specific installation (in this case the message ` Disconnected' appears on the Chrono-thermostat display), or if the Chrono-thermostat batteries are dead. In `Safety mode' the Gateway controls activation of the generator in heating with a water temperature of 20°C, so as to protect the heating system and the involved environments against freezing. N.B.: this function is only activated with the system OFF or in `Winter' mode, and is not active if the generator is controlled by the Gateway only via the operation request contact (in this case, if communication with the Chrono-thermostat fails, the Gateway removes the operation request and any system antifreeze protections are fully controlled by the generator). 3.
