Djive Flowmate ARC Quick Guide
This guide provides instructions for setting up and operating your Djive Flowmate ARC.
1. Put Your Flowmate ARC into Operation
1.1 Open Cover, Inserting Filter
To open the cover, unlock it counter-clockwise. For the ARC Heater model, simply lift the cover.
Lift the device cover.
Insert the HEPA14 Filter unit into the cover.
Attach the cover with the filter and lock it to the main body.
1.2 Power Supply
Connect the power plug of your Djive Flowmate ARC device to a power socket.
1.3 Connecting to App/WiFi
Download the Djive Home App from the Google Play Store or Apple Store. To pair the device, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. The WiFi icon on the LCD display will flash when ready to pair and will remain solid once the connection is successful. Open the app and add the device according to your specific Djive Flowmate ARC series model.
1.4 Icons on Display
Note: There may be slight variations in icons from model to model.
- Mode: Indicates the current operating mode (Natural, Boost, Sleep, Auto).
- WiFi: Shows the WiFi connection status.
- Air quality (PM2.5): Displays the current PM2.5 air quality reading in µg/m³.
- Wind speed: Indicates the current fan speed.
- Timer Function: Shows if the timer is active.
- UV-C Lamp: Indicates if the UV-C lamp is on.
- PM2.5 Icon: A visual indicator for PM2.5 readings.
1.5 General Control
Fan speed can be adjusted by pressing the up and down arrows on the remote control or by selecting the desired speed via the app interface.
Other Controls:
- Power [power-symbol]: Turns the device on/off.
- Oscillation [curved-arrow-symbol]: Activates or deactivates oscillation.
- UV-C Button [UV-symbol]: Controls the UV-C lamp.
- Set Timer [clock-symbol]: Sets the timer function.
1.6 Filter Replacement
After 720 hours of operation, a filter warning will appear on the display, and the device will beep as a reminder to replace the filter. Open the cover and replace the filter unit following the steps in Section 1.1.
