Tips for Use ⚠️

1. After receiving the lock, please set your admin password first. Note: Before setting the admin password, the smart lock is in default factory settings, allowing any password, fingerprint, or card to unlock it.

2. Before receiving the correct unlock command, the smart lock's handle can rotate 360°, which is normal.

Front View

Front Handle: The main external handle.

Exit or Cancel Button: Used to exit a menu or cancel an operation.

• Fingerprint Sensor: For biometric authentication.
• LED Indicator: Provides status feedback:
  • Reactivation: Blue
  • Addition (of user): Green
  • Error: Red
  • Unlock: Green
  • Lock: White
• Enter Button: Confirms input.

Any key press can reactivate the keypad panel.

Internal/Cylinder View

Lock Cylinder: The core locking mechanism.

Cam: Part of the cylinder mechanism.

Product ID: Unique identifier for the product (e.g., ID:195106XX).

Emergency Power

Open Button: Initiates unlocking sequence.

Use a power bank to power the lock via USB (Type-C) and unlock it using the WeLock app. This USB port does not charge the batteries but provides emergency power for unlocking via the app.

Rear Handle Screw: Secures the rear handle.

Install the Battery

Steps:

1. Loosen screws using the hex key.
2. Open the metal casing.
3. Open the battery cover.
4. Insert 3 AAA batteries (not included in the package).
5. Install the battery. Note: 1. Pay attention to battery polarity. 2. Do not mix old and new batteries.
6. Secure the battery cover and tighten the screws.

Adjust Cylinder Length

The internal and external length of the lock cylinder can be adjusted to match the desired door thickness. Loosen the screw with an Allen key and extend the handle as needed. If necessary, an extended cylinder piece can be used. The adjustment hole is covered with a silicone plug for waterproofing.

For safety reasons, the front handle cannot be removed.

Installation Images

Steps:

1. Remove the fixing screw and the original cylinder.
2. Remove screws and extract the rear handle.
3. Install the lock cylinder into the lock hole from the outside.
4. Install the fixing screws.
5. Install the rear handle.
6. Fix the rear handle screw.

Operation Settings

1. Modify Admin Password

Steps: Wake up lock (press any button) -> Press -> Press -> Enter current admin password (e.g., 123456) -> Press -> Enter new admin password (6-10 digits) -> Press -> Enter new admin password again to confirm.

2. Add Administrator

Steps: Wake up lock -> Press -> Press -> Enter admin password -> Verify administrator -> Press -> Add admin password (6-10 digits) OR Add RFID card OR Add fingerprint.

3. Add User

Steps: Wake up lock -> Press -> Press -> Enter admin password -> Verify administrator -> Press -> Add user password (6-10 digits) OR Add RFID card OR Add fingerprint (insert 5 times).

4. Delete All Users

Steps: Wake up lock -> Press -> Press -> Enter admin password -> Verify administrator -> Press -> After 3 "beep beep beep" sounds, press again to confirm.

5. Factory Reset

Steps: Wake up lock -> Press -> Press -> Enter admin password -> Verify administrator -> Press -> After 4 "beep beep beep" sounds, press again to confirm.

6. Vacation Mode (Access ON)

Steps: Wake up lock -> Enter access code OR Insert fingerprint / Swipe card -> Press -> Press -> Enter access code OR Insert fingerprint / Swipe card -> Press -> Press.

7. Vacation Mode (SPENTO - OFF)

Steps: Wake up lock -> Enter access code OR Insert fingerprint / Swipe card -> Press.

8. Silent Mode (ON/OFF)

Steps: Wake up lock -> Press -> Press -> Press -> Press.

Fingerprint Recognition Status:

• Successful: Blue light
• Failed: Red light

Capacity Limits:

The lock administrator can register up to 10 entries (fingerprints/passwords/smart cards). Total capacity: up to 100 fingerprints, up to 200 passwords, up to 199 RFID cards, for a total of 200 entries.

Example: 4 admin fingerprints, 4 admin passwords, 2 admin smart cards = 10 entries.

Unlock and Lock

Unlock from Exterior

Press the keypad button ➀ to wake it up. The keypad will illuminate. Enter your code 1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ + 6️⃣. Press ➗ to unlock.

If an incorrect access code is entered 5 times consecutively, the smart lock will be blocked for 90 seconds and cannot be used.

Waking Up the Lock

Press any button to wake up the lock. Illustrations show pressing the keypad and then operating the handle.

Emergency USB Backup Key

Open the QR code cover on the front handle. Use the USB (Type-C) port to power the lock and connect the App to unlock it automatically.

The handle can rotate freely 360° after being locked. This is to protect the lock from forced torsion.

⚠️ Low Battery Warning:

When the power is below 3.7V, the red light will flash 5 times with a buzzer sound as a warning.

Bluetooth Activation and Login Instructions

Scan QR Code

Scan the QR code located on the lock.

Select "Android/iOS" to Download

Choose your operating system to download the WE.LOCK app:

Access the Application

Follow these steps to log in:

1. Select your country/region.
2. Enter your phone number or email to get a verification code.
3. Click "Send".
4. Enter the verification code received via message.
5. Click "Login".

Associate the Device

Follow these steps to pair your lock with the WE.LOCK app:

1. Open the WE.LOCK app and tap "Add device", then "Add Lock".
2. The app will prompt to scan a QR code. Tap "OK" or "No QR code" if needed.
3. Grant camera permission when prompted.
4. Scan the QR code on the lock.
5. The app will search for the lock. The Lock ID can be found on the packing box. Enter the Lock ID and tap "Bind Lock".

FAQ

• How can I tell if the lock is low on battery? When the power is below 3.7V, the red light will flash 5 times with a buzzer sound.
• Does the lock handle still work after replacing the lock? Yes, it still works. Only the cylinder is replaced, which does not affect other functions of the original lock.
• Will fingerprint recognition become slow or fail after prolonged use? No. The fingerprint sensor is equipped with a special protective film.
• Is it complicated to set up? Follow the instructions or search for Welock configuration videos on YouTube. For any questions, contact our customer service.
• If I install We.Lock on all my doors, can the phone app unlock them all? Yes, you can. One phone can manage multiple different locks. Just remember to name each lock.
