Product Overview
Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez is a wearable fan designed for personal cooling. It is not a toy and does not feature a microphone for voice conversation. Users should read all safety warnings before use to prevent damage or harm.

Using Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez
Place the Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez around your neck and turn it on. Turn off the fan before removing.
Power On: Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds. A power-on sound and "Pairing" voice will be heard. The blue light near the power button will begin to flash.
Bluetooth® Speaker Pairing: Ensure the device you are using (smartphone, tablet, computer) has Bluetooth® capability enabled. Once Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez is turned on, it enters pairing mode and the blue light flashes. Look for "Cool Fans" on the Bluetooth® device list and click connect. A "Connected" voice will be heard upon successful connection, and the blue light will change from flashing to a steady, non-flashing light.
Bluetooth® Speaker Auto Connect & Discoverable: If a previously paired device with Bluetooth® turned on is nearby, the fan will attempt to connect automatically. If the paired device is not found after 10 seconds, the light will flash red and blue alternatively, making the fan discoverable for other Bluetooth® devices. If no device is paired within 1 minute, the fan will exit pairing mode and turn off Bluetooth® to save power. A notification sound will alert the user. To re-enable Bluetooth®, power the unit off and then on again.
Disable Current Pairing & Pair with a New Device: To disconnect from a paired device and pair with a new one, power off the Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez. Then, press and hold the POWER button for 5 seconds until the alternating red and blue flashing light appears. Repeat the pairing steps as described in the "Bluetooth® Speaker Pairing" section.
Charging Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez
Use the provided USB cable to connect the Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez to a power source (AC USB adapter, portable charger, or computer USB port). A red light indicates charging. Remove the cable once the light turns off, signifying a full charge. Do not overcharge the battery. The red light will flash when the battery is running low and needs charging.

Fan Speed
Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez offers 3 fan speed levels: Low, Medium, and High. Toggle between speeds by pressing the FANS button. To turn off the fans, quickly press and release the FANS button.
Light Modes
There are 3 light modes: steady white, color changing, and lights off. Quickly press and release the POWER button to cycle through the modes.
Power Off
Press and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds to turn off Bluetooth®, fans, and lights simultaneously. If there is no Bluetooth® connection and the fans and lights are off, the unit will automatically power off after 30 seconds to conserve power.
Desk Fan Setup
To use Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez as a desk fan, place it on a flat surface with the POWER button facing upward and adjust the fan arms as desired.
Safety Precautions
WARNING: Risk of serious injury if Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez is misused. If the unit overheats or smokes, turn it off immediately and disconnect the power source and charging cable if charging. Do not place small objects in fan cages, as this may cause damage or malfunction. Keep fingers and hair away from fan cages. Immediately turn off the unit if hair becomes entangled. Keep personal belongings away from fan blades.
Cool Fans™ Sound Vibez is not waterproof. Do not use in rain or near pools. If the unit gets wet, turn it off immediately and let it dry completely. Moisture from sweat may damage the USB charging port; wipe off any moisture.
Do not over-bend or rotate the fan arms beyond 180° to prevent product damage.
