1. Before Using

a. Check whether the watch is the purchased model and has complete accessories: 1 GPS Watch, 1 Charging cable, 1 User manual.

b. Buy a SIM card which supports 4G network. SIM card needs to enable GPRS data and caller ID function.

c. Turn off the watch before installing the SIM card.

d. Battery charging by connecting with a computer is recommended; the charging time is around 3 hours. Note: battery charging should be under adult supervision.

e. Scan the QR code in the last page to download the APP – Setracker2.

2.1 Phone Book

Maximum 100 phone numbers can be saved in the APP. Scroll among the numbers to call.

2.2 Message and Make Friends

To send and receive text, voice message and emoji. Long "Press" to record voice message and release to send. All messages can be checked on the phone, and the longest voice message is 15 seconds. Function of Make friends requires GPS working and both watches in the same time zone. Two watches under the same function page then touch to add each other as friends.

2.3 Phone

Support dialing any other phone number even without it being stored in the Phone book.

2.4 Video Call

Support dialing video call phone numbers from the Phone book.

2.5 Childhood

Includes Math Game and schedule.

2.6 Step

Pedometer is off by default; the function can be turned on in the APP-Health-Walk. When the pedometer is on, the number of steps will sync.

2.7 APP Store

The APP store is the third-party extension. The regular APP includes WhatsApp, Line, Google translator, Calendar, etc. You can install the APP directly from the watch, and you are able to delete the installed APP from Setracker2 if you do not want to use it or the APP is not working.

2.8 QR Code

To download the APP. Scan the QR code to get a link directing to download. The ID shown below is the REG code of the watch. APP is only available on iOS and Android; Windows phones do not support. Search "Setracker2" on the APP store and Google Play to get the APP.

2.9 Settings

Click to set up launcher style, brightness, sleep mode, reboot, shutdown, date&time, language, etc. Launcher style: Click to change 3 different themes. Language: Click to change different languages.

3. Set up watch with APP

3.1 Registration and Binding watch

First, enter your Email address as the account name, then fill in the verification code as shown in the photo. The password should be set with 6-12 characters, supporting numbers and letters. Make sure you have chosen the right server area which your country belongs to.

Important: The first family member who binds the watch will be the admin account. If a second family member also wants to bind the watch to check the kids' status, then he/she can set up a new account but needs authorization from the admin account.

Notice: If you are the admin account but still get alerts of waiting for authorization, then a reset will be required. Please contact the seller for support.

3.2 Quick review of APP main function

Chat

Hold the "start recording" button to record voice message and release to send. The longest voice message can be 15 seconds. Meanwhile, you can also send a short message to the watch with limiting characters (< 30). Example: "I am here".

Location

Check the position of the watch in real time. Each round of positioning time is 3 minutes when the locate function is triggered. After that, the device will return to the default working mode. The GPS/LBS/WIFI location mode will be displayed on the map, and each mode works depending on the real-time signal of the watch. Normally, when watches are inside a building, LBS location will be shown, but location accuracy is not good.

GEO fence

The minimum circle needs to be over 200 meters, with a maximum of THREE safety zones that can be set. When users go in and out of the fence, alarm information will be sent to the guardian numbers. Note: fence alarm information is only sent when the watch GPS is triggered; base station (LBS) positioning fence has no alarm information.

Historical Route

This function is used to check the history route of kids in different periods. The location data can be saved for up to 90 days.

Settings for watches

a. SOS number

Maximum 3 phone numbers can be saved. The watch will call the SOS numbers automatically by pressing the physical SOS button on the watch for 3 seconds. Once the emergency call is triggered, an alert message will be sent to the APP, and the three SOS phone numbers will be called one after another until the call is answered.

b. Sound guardian

Enter your phone numbers and confirm. Then the watch will call the number automatically. After you pick up, you can hear the surroundings without the kids noticing.

c. Data Upload intervals

Three working modes to choose from: the default working mode is every 10 minutes; power saving mode to update location is every 1 hour; and the real-time positioning mode is 1 minute, which consumes the most battery.

d. Ring mode

There are Vibration, Ring, and Silent modes to choose from. However, some models do not have built-in Vibration in the watch, only allowing choices between silent and ring mode.

e. Do Not Disturb

Three time periods can be set. All incoming calls will be blocked under DND mode, and the home screen will be locked. This function is also known as Class mode and only works from Monday to Friday.

f. SMS alerts

You can enable low power and SOS alerts by SMS notification. When the battery is less than 20% and an SOS Call is made, alarm messages will be sent to your phone, and meanwhile, there will also be an APP notification.

g. Phone book

Maximum 15 contacts can be added, including SOS numbers. All these numbers can call into the watch, and kids can find and call these contacts from the watch phone book.

h. Make friends

For 2 working watches, start "make friend" in both watches, then "Knock" gently together the watches' screens. If the pairing is successful, you will hear a sound, and the watches will show "paired".

i. Watch finder

Useful function when you cannot find the watch. Once the function is enabled, the watch will ring.

j. Remote shutdown

When the watch connects with the APP and is using the internet, the watch cannot be turned off by pressing the button; you can remotely shut down the watch from the APP.

To start "Step" in the watch, you have to open the switch in "walk". Also, you can check the amount of exercise, distance, and sleep monitor.

Maximum 3 alarms can be set up. And rewards can be sent by adding up the numbers.

f. Message

To show the earlier notifications.

Account info

On the "Me" of the home page:

a. Personal info

It contains account name, avatar, kids' name, gender, phone numbers.

b. Modify password

To update your password.

c. Device list

If you have more than one device to monitor, then you can add them in one account.

d. Remove advertising service

If you want to disable ads in Setracker2, please check more information here.

e. Delete account

After the cancellation of the account, you will no longer be able to use the account or security guard to retrieve any content or information you have added or bound (even if you use the same account to register again and use), including but not limited to: n1, you cannot log in.

f. Sign out

To log out the account.

7. Troubleshooting

1. Can not register an account/Forget Password

When you are facing problems of adding a device with an error of ID does not exist or is already registered, or if you forget the account password. Please contact us directly to reset the device, then you can create a new account from the very beginning.

2. The device is offline/Not connecting with Internet.

Make sure your SIM card has credits, supports 4G network, and data and caller ID enabled.
Send SMS command: pw,123456,ts# from your phone to the phone number in the watch; in the following minutes, there will be a message replied with watch parameters. When you contact for support, this information is required.

8. Download the APP
