Pedals and Gear Shifting
Pedals
A clutch pedal must be supported by the game. The left pedal is the clutch, the middle pedal is the brake, and the right pedal is the acceleration. If the game does not support the clutch, the clutch pedal will not work or may function as a brake pedal. In games that support the clutch function, if you press the clutch pedal (without releasing it) and then press the brake or acceleration pedal (without releasing it), the car will not drive.
Gear shifting
Connect the gearbox in the same way as the steering wheel. The gearbox must be supported by the game. The left "LO-HI" button switches the gearbox into higher/lower gear mode. If the switch button is pressed once, gears 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, R will be upshifted to 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, R, and vice versa. When shifting to higher gears, the indicator light will illuminate; when shifting to lower gears, the indicator light will go out. The overdrive/underdrive shifter must be supported by the game. The right switch button is the handbrake function button; press it to start this function, release it to stop handbraking (game support required).
9. Connection
Game steering wheel installation
- Place the base of the game wheel in the desired location and install the clamps.
- Using an hexagonal wrench, tighten the bolts on the clamp to secure its position.
Steering wheel tilt adjustment
The steering wheel can be tilted between 5° and 16.6°. To adjust the tilt angle: 1. Using an hexagonal wrench, remove the bolts shown in the illustration. 2. Set the steering wheel in the desired position and secure it with the bolts within the 5°–16.6° range.
Connection to PlayStation 4
You can connect the game steering wheel to your PS4 console using a gamepad. Turn off the PlayStation 4 and gamepad. Connect the pedals to the game steering wheel. Using a micro USB cable (not included), connect the original PS4 gamepad to the game steering wheel (gamepad must be turned off). Connect the game steering wheel to your PlayStation 4 console and turn on the console. After successful connection, the blue light indicator on the game wheel will light up. Press the MODE button to enter settings or start the game. While the PlayStation 4 is running, press the HOME button on the game steering wheel to open the main menu. Press and hold the HOME button for one second to access the shutdown options. As soon as the gear lever is connected, it will automatically be put into game steering mode. It is important that the game supports the use of the gear lever; otherwise, the lever will not work and the vibration function will also not be available.
Connection to Xbox One / Xbox Series X / S
You can connect the game steering wheel to your Xbox console using a gamepad. Turn off the Xbox and gamepad. Connect the pedals to the game steering wheel. Using a micro USB cable (not included), connect the original Xbox gamepad to the game steering wheel (gamepad must be turned off). Connect the game steering wheel to your Xbox console and turn on your console. After successful connection, the green indicator light on the game steering wheel will turn on. The indicator light on the gamepad will also turn on. The device is ready for use. To enter the main menu, press the HOME button while playing a game on the console. Press and hold the MODE button for one second to access the shutdown options. From the main menu, press the Y button to open the Quick Search page. As soon as the gear lever is connected, it will automatically be put into game steering mode. It is important that the game supports the use of the gear lever.
Connection to PC
Connect the gearbox and pedals to the game wheel. Install the game wheel and connect it to the power supply unit. Connect the USB cable of the game steering wheel to the PC. Once connected to the PC, the red indicator light on the unit will illuminate. D-INPUT mode is enabled by default. To change the mode to X-INPUT, press and hold the MODE button for 3 seconds; the indicator light will start flashing, and after successful mode switching, the purple indicator light will be on permanently. To switch back to D-INPUT mode, repeat the step.
