Battery Safety
The Device uses lithium-ion batteries. Charge and handle the device properly to minimize risks.
- Do not misuse the battery. It is not user-serviceable. Do not attempt to access, remove, service, or disassemble it. Contact Customer Support for replacement or repair.
- Do not expose the battery to fire or heat.
If the battery pack leaks: Battery fluid can cause blindness or skin injury. Do not touch leaked fluid with bare hands. Insert the product into a sealed bag and keep away from fire. Consult Customer Support for proper disposal or recycling according to local laws.
- First Aid (Eye Contact): If fluid gets into eyes, do not rub. Immediately wash thoroughly with clean water and seek medical treatment.

Dispose of the Device and Battery Safely
Recycle the Device, including its internal battery, in accordance with local regulations. Do not attempt to remove the battery yourself. Contact Customer Support for specific handling if the battery is damaged. Do not crush or dispose of the Device or battery in fire, household trash, or municipal recycling bins.
Protect the Device from Damage
- Do not use the Device if it is damaged. Check for damage before use and stop immediately if any malfunction or damage is noticed. Periodically check connection terminals for dust accumulation.
- Keep the Device Dry: To reduce the risk of electric shock, fire, or damage, do not let the Device get wet. Consult Customer Support if it gets wet. The Device is not waterproof. Keep it away from water, humid locations, or wet weather. Avoid using or storing where condensation occurs. If condensation appears, do not turn on the Device until it disappears.
- Protect from Foreign Objects and Dust: Do not insert anything other than the supplied USB cable into the USB port. Consult Customer Support if foreign objects enter the device. Keep coins, keys, or jewelry away from the USB port/cable to prevent short circuits. Do not use or store in dusty locations, as dust can cause electric shock or damage.
- Prevent Device Overheating: The internal battery may burst or leak if exposed to high temperatures (over 140°F / 60°C), potentially causing fire or injury. The Device may deform or be damaged if overheated. Avoid areas with high temperatures, near fire or heating appliances, or in direct sunlight. Recommended operating temperature: 32°F to 104°F (0°C to 40°C). Recommended charging temperature: 41°F to 95°F (5°C to 35°C). Do not leave the Device in a hot car.
