IV. Appearance of Drum Kit

VII. Product Function Description
- ON/OFF Button: Press the 'POWER' button to turn on the device. The default drum kit function is activated, indicated by a light and the screen displaying '01'. The drum light flashes, and the device is ready for use after a Bluetooth voice prompt. The device automatically powers off after approximately 5 minutes of inactivity. Buttons with lights indicate the function is active.
- Increase/Decrease Button: Used to select drum kits or adjust settings for other functions. Long-pressing allows for quick selection.
- Track Switch Button: Pressing the 'SONG' button activates or deactivates the 'DRUM', 'PERC', 'BASS', and 'CHORD' audio tracks. The button light indicates the status. This function is effective during demo playback.
- Drum Track Button: The 'DRUM' button controls the main drum track. Press 'DEMO', then 'SONG', and finally 'DRUM' to toggle the main drum track sound.
- Sub Drum Track Button: The 'PERC' button controls the sub drum track. Similar to the main drum track, press 'SONG', then 'PERC' to toggle its sound during demo playback.
- Chord Track Button: The 'CHORD' button controls the chord track. Press 'SONG', then 'CHORD' to toggle the chord tones within the music.
- Reverb Button: Features built-in reverb with 30 levels (0-30). Press 'REVERB', then use '+' or '-' to adjust the reverb level. Higher numbers result in a stronger reverb effect.
- Tambourine Mode Button: Press 'HAND PERC' to activate tambourine mode, increasing drum sensitivity for playing without drumsticks. The default is the African drum kit, displayed as '15'. Use '+' or '-' to select different drum tones.
- Drum Lamp Button: Pressing 'LAMP' causes the corresponding pad light to illuminate when played. During music playback, the drum pad lights flash in sync with the music. Pressing 'LAMP' again turns off the light effect.
- Demo Button: Pressing 'DEMO' plays one of the 30 demo songs, indicated by '01' on the screen. Pressing it again turns off the function. Use '+' or '-' to cycle through demos. The demo function can be combined with the audio track switch function.
- Metronome Button: Press 'CLICK' to activate the metronome. The screen displays the default beat, such as '2-4'. Available beats include 2-4, 3-4, 4-4, 3-8, and 6-8.
- Record/Play Function Button: Press 'SAVE/REC' to start recording, indicated by 'REC' on the screen. Press it again to stop recording. Use 'PLAY/STOP' to play or stop the recorded content.
- Voice Button: Select from 15 percussion sources per pad. Press 'VOICE', play a pad, then use '+' or '-' to choose a tone. Save the selected tone by pressing 'SAVE/REC' until 'SAV' is displayed. Note: High tom, low-mid tom, and low floor tom share the same tone and cannot be changed individually.
- Style Button: Press 'KIT' to select from 15 drum styles. The default is the first style. Use '+' or '-' to choose other styles. The 15th style is the African drum sound, usable in tambourine mode.
- Volume Button: The default volume is level 10. Use 'VOLUME' and then '+' or '-' to adjust the volume from 0 to 15.
- Tempo Button: The default tempo is 120. Use 'TEMPO' and then '+' or '-' to adjust the tempo between 30 and 250. The screen displays the tempo of the selected tone.
- Reset: Long-press the 'PLAY/STOP' button. The screen displays 'RES', indicating the device is restoring to factory default settings.
- Sleeping Mode: The device automatically powers off after approximately 5 minutes of inactivity. Restart the device for normal use.
- Low Battery Reminder: A red light indicates charging. The light turns off when fully charged. When the battery is low, the digital tube flashes slowly, prompting for charging.
VIII. Pedal Input
The drum kit supports one Hi-hat pedal and one bass drum pedal, both with mono input.
- When the pedal is not connected to the 'FOOT PEDAL' jack, playing the hi-hat pad produces a closed hi-hat sound.
- When the pedal is connected:
- Stepping on the pedal simulates the open/close hi-hat function.
- Not stepping on the pedal results in an open hi-hat sound.
- Stepping on the pedal while playing the bass drum pad produces a bass drum sound. Releasing the pedal stops the sound.
IX. USB MIDI Function
Connect the drum kit to a computer via USB cable for MIDI data transmission.
- Use a standard USB cable for connection.
- Compatible with Win XP/Vista/7/8 and Mac OSX, supporting plug-and-play.
- Works with major sequencer software like Sonar, Cubase, Nuendo, Ezdrummer, and various MIDI drum kit games.
X. Bluetooth MIDI Function (For products with Bluetooth MIDI)
- Install the 'DTX2020' app on your phone or tablet.
- Enable Bluetooth and location services on your device.
- Search for and connect to the Bluetooth name 'Music DRUM' on your device.
- Open the DTX2020 app, find the 'Bluetooth' button in the upper right corner of the homepage, search for 'MIDI DRUM', and connect.
- Download songs and games from the DTX2020 homepage for practice and play.
XI. Simple Troubleshooting

XII. Precautions
- Pay attention to the file format when using external audio sources.
- Avoid placing the electronic drum in excessively hot or dusty environments.
- Keep the device away from strong electromagnetic equipment like radios and TVs to prevent interference.
- Do not place heavy objects on the electronic drum to avoid impact.
- Avoid exposing the electronic drum to humid or overheated conditions.
- Do not store or collide sharp objects with the electronic drum to prevent damage.
