Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Assemble Part 1007B with Screws and Nuts
This step involves assembling the main body chassis (Part 1007B). Two main chassis components are joined together using various screws, including 8mm and 6mm screws, and nuts (Part 1511).
Step 2+1: Attach Motor and Gear Components
This step focuses on attaching the motor units (Part 1006B) and gears (Parts 1401, 1402, 40327) to the base structure. Screws such as 2.3x8mm and 2.3x6mm, along with nuts, are used for this assembly.
Step 3+2: Attach Lower Body and Wheels
This step involves connecting the lower body assembly, which includes wheels, to the main robot chassis. Screws like 2.3x6mm and 22mm, along with nuts, are utilized.
Step 4+3: Build Robot Frame and Attach Body
This step constructs the robot's main frame using metal plates (e.g., Parts 1202, 2521, 2525) and connects it to the robot's body. 12mm and 18mm screws and nuts are used in this process.
Step 5+4: Final Assembly of Head, Arms, and Electronics
This is the final assembly stage where the robot's head, articulated arms (Parts 2524 Left Arm, 2523 Right Arm), and electronic components are attached to the main body. Screws and nuts are used to secure these parts.
