This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for setting up and using your SVITOO P-pad (Android) tablet.
Android User Manual Setup Guide
This setup guide will help you get started, select system language, time zone, connect to Wi-Fi, set up your username, and device name.
Button Functions
Power button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn on the device. Short press to turn the screen on/off. Press and hold for 3 seconds to access the shutdown interface, or 10 seconds for forced shutdown.
Volume Up button: Press to increase volume.
Volume Down button: Press to decrease volume.

Wi-Fi Connection
- Open Settings and go to Network & Internet settings.
- Turn on Wi-Fi, choose a wireless network, and enter the network password to connect.
Cellular Connection
- Insert SIM card and power on the system.
- Open Settings and go to Network & Internet settings.
- Turn on the cellular data toggle.
*Applicable to supported devices only.
Bluetooth Connection
- Open Settings and go to Connected Device settings.
- Turn on Bluetooth, and the system will automatically search for Bluetooth devices nearby.
- Click on the connectable Bluetooth device and select 'Pair' in the pop-up menu.
- Wait for the Bluetooth device to confirm pairing.
*Applicable to supported devices only.
Display
Open Settings and go to Display settings.
- Brightness: Slide the bar to adjust screen brightness.
- Wallpaper: Set the wallpaper.
- Sleep: Set screen time-out.
- Font size: Set the size of system fonts.
- Auto-rotation: Lock current screen orientation or automatically rotate the screen based on device orientation.
Sound
Open Settings and go to Sound settings.
- Volume: Slide the bar to adjust the volume of media, alarm, and ringtone.
- Notification: Set notification sound.
- Ringtone: Set incoming call ringtone.
- Other Sounds: Set lock screen and touch sound effects.
Battery Status
Open Settings and go to Battery settings to view battery usage. Battery Indicator: Toggle the switch to display battery percentage.
Connect to PC
The device can be connected to a PC using a USB cable to copy or delete data.
- Operating systems including Windows 7 and above will automatically install MTP drivers when the device is connected to a PC.
- For Windows XP, Windows Media Player 11 must be installed before the device can be connected.
Application Management
Open Settings and go to Application settings to uninstall apps, clean cache & data, and force close apps.
- Third-party applications can be uninstalled.
- System applications cannot be uninstalled.
Users
Open Settings and go to User settings.
- System supports multi-user login.
- Each user can set their personal applications and content.
Location
Open Settings and go to Location settings.
- Toggle the 'Use Location' switch to turn on/off location services.
- View recent location requests and configure location permission on a per-app basis.
Security
Open Settings and go to Security settings.
- Screen lock modes: Choose between swipe, pattern, PIN, and password modes.
- Unknown source: Allow/deny app installation from unknown sources.
Language and Input
Open Settings and go to Language and Input settings.
- Language: Select system language.
- Input: Select the default system input method and its respective settings.
Accounts Management
Open Settings and go to Accounts settings.
- Add accounts for installed applications.
- Manage data syncing for existing accounts.
Factory Reset
- Open Settings, go to System Settings, Advanced, then Reset Options to perform a factory reset.
- Factory reset will erase all personal data; please back up your data before resetting.
Date and Time
Open Settings and go to Date and Time settings.
- Automatic date & time: Turn on to automatically sync to local time when connected to the internet. You can manually adjust the date and time by turning off this function.
- Automatic time zone: Turn on to automatically sync to the local time zone when connected to the internet. You can manually adjust the time zone by turning off this function.
- 24-hour format: Choose between AM/PM and 24-hour display formats.
USB OTG Function
This device supports USB OTG function to exchange data with other portable devices (flash drive, mobile hard disk, mouse, and keyboard).
- Devices need to be connected to this device via an OTG cable.
- Please keep the battery above 50% while using the OTG function. A separate power supply is needed for high-power consumption devices.
Charger Specifications
- Charger specs should match the input voltage/current shown on the back of the product.
- Please only use chargers that meet the above specification.
- Please perform a full recharge every 3 months if the product is going to stay unused for an extended period.
- For first use after storage, the product may require a 30-minute charging session before charging status is indicated.

SVITOO Warranty Rules
Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for using our products. Please read the rules carefully.
1. One Year Warranty
According to the prescription, the period for protecting to fix our company's tablet is one year (From the day you have the invoice). During this period, any breakdown caused by product quality issues under normal usage circumstances will be covered by our company for free maintenance.
2. Free Maintenance Won't Be Given Under the Following Circumstances:
- Without protection to fix warranties.
- The device is out of the warranty period.
- Damage caused by customer's inappropriate preservation, maintenance, or usage.
- The serial number on the back cover is too dim to recognize if it is a Svitoo product.
- Breakdown caused by manipulation that hasn't followed the requests of the manual.
- Breakdown, malfunction, or damage because of moving or dropping the device.
- Breakdown and damage caused by force majeure.
- Breakdown caused by careless protection on the way to the service center.
- Damage caused by dismantling or modification by a non-company authorized maintainer.
3. Customer Responsibility
- Users should take responsibility for data safety.
- Please back up all your important data before sending your tablet to our service center.
- Svitoo will not take responsibility for data loss.
- The screen is made of fragile accessories; please avoid damage from drops or crashes, otherwise, you will have to pay for extra fixing fees.
- Please carefully check the screen before purchasing the tablet.
- Svitoo reserves all rights for the final explanation.
