Assembly Instructions

The diagram illustrates the components of the 65/80L Wheelbarrow (GWB202/GWB203) and their assembly. Key parts include the Steel Base (A), Arms (B), Legs (C), Wheel (D), various Bolts (E, F), Washers and Nuts (G, H), and a Wheel Spacer (I).

  1. Step 1: Join Frame Sections (B) and (C) together using Bolts (E) and Washers/Nuts (H). The sequence for each connection is: Bolt > Washer > Frame > Spring Washer > Nut. This is done twice (x2).
  2. Step 2: Attach one complete Frame Section (formed in Step 1) to the Steel Base (A) using three sets of Bolts (E) and Washers/Nuts (H). Ensure the front end of the frame, which has a thinner edge, is positioned on the inside. Do not fully tighten fixings at this stage.
  3. Step 3: Fit the Wheel (D) to the first frame part. Use the 12x118mm Wheel Bolt (F) and the 16x9mm Wheel Spacer (I) for this attachment.
  4. Step 4: Secure the Wheel by attaching the second complete Frame Section.
  5. Step 5: Attach the remaining parts of the second frame to the Steel Base (A).
  6. Step 6: Once assembly is complete, fully tighten all fixings before using the wheelbarrow.
